My aunt and uncle Ordered over 70$ worth of food today for a Christmas get together and when the food was delivered, they didn't knock and just dropped the food and left. No idea how long before my husband discovered it. When my uncle called, he was hung up on twice and then told there was nothing that they could do about it. So disappointing and unprofessional.

Get there to get food, employees just messing around. Had one look directly at me then walk away, same employee flung mop water EVERYWHERE and laughed about it. They didn’t cut the cheese bread at all, no utilities for the wings. Place gets worst every day.

I ordered a pan pizza and got a thin crust. I ordered a large fries and only got 10 fries total. Asked for garlic sauce and didn't receive any. Not happy with the whole experience.

Only one lady manager in training was working. The other staff was just talking and playing with the claw game machine. Then playing with the stuffed animals he got from that machine. The service was so slow because of that. I won't be back...

0 stars for service, food, and atmosphere. The food we received was cold, incorrect, and not corrected. We ordered cheesy bread, and it came out without cheese. It then took 25 minutes to run the bread through the oven again to melt the cheese. We did not receive said cheesy bread until after we were done eating. Waitress was not presentable and did not listen to our requests the entirety of our meal. We ordered lemon pepper fries, which came out with no lemon pepper. We were then told that the fries did indeed have lemon pepper on them. They did not.. Our meat lovers melt had HAIRS in the food. We were then told that another melt would be made. We talked to the manager, and she was very disrespectful and said there was nothing she could do about it. They said they could only give us a 10% discount on our total meal cost. Our entire experience was dissatisfiying and we will not be returning anytime soon due to their customer service, and how they handled hair being in their food. The best thing we had tonight were our drinks.

Pizza Hut in Bryan is "hanging on " Lunch buffet was good, but limited. Service was okay, short staffed like everywhere else.
Tge server was awesome! The food was awesome! The The air conditioner was stuck at 66 so it was FREEZING!!!!
