Did a carry out order last night and picked up a rare pizza. How this could happened is beyond me. Will never order from this place again.

salad bar was old and dried out. pizza was average, plenty of employees to customer ratio but no training apparent. tables filthy. beer skunky. I would not recommend this place.
Paper thin cardboard with cheese. Don't recommend the buffet. Order a pizza would be the better choice.

Watch three open tables,waited at the door for 35 mins n finally got to a table n waited 15 mins for straws and drinks n got a large stuff crush pizza it was so thin u could see thru it but the wings were great but one of the worst food experiences of my life and manager didn't even discount me on anything to make me feel any better

Amazing all around there was only one bad thing ever and that was when I got a refill of coke and not drpepper but I don't mind it's an amazing
Just ordered 2 melts , one chkn bacon marinara one meat lovers very disappointed. Both were soggy dripping with grease, and the so called bacon was all just big pure white pieces of fat enough to make you gag. Called to see of I could get like half a refund and was told they don't do refunds anymore, and offered a remake of my order. No thank you, why would I want the same nasty food again... will never order or eat there again !?

The food was great and local staff very friendly; however, attempting to order by phone is ridiculous… the call center is staffed by people with heavy accents who speak English as a second language. Good luck on getting any special instructions for your order passed-on… the ONLY way I will order now is if I go to Pizza Hut and place the order in person… that way the order is done correctly as desired…I’m sure corporate uses call centers as a money saver… I hope they can make up for the lost sales from others like me who get frustrated by the call centers and stop doing business with them….
Pizza is always fresh and delicious. Service is good even when busy.

Had the salad bar & lunch buffet. Salad bar was okay but the pizza buffet was limited in options. Waitress worked hard as the only person covering the dinning area. She did a great job. Food was good. Just wanted a few more options on the pizza buffet.
They were super busy so slow on service. Nice people though.

Was very disappointed with everything when my wife and I went there this past weekend (11/4/23). The waitress didn't know about the deal that was posted on the window when we tried to order it and then came back and said we were good to go and took our order. The food took way longer than usual and when it did come out we had to get our own plates off the salad bar as none were brought for us. After eating was told they couldn't find the deal in the system so we had to pay the normal prices, which was quite a bit higher than what it was supposed to be.The wings and melt I got were swimming in grease which usually isn't this bad.We use to love coming here and liked that it was one of the last sit down pizza places. We won't be coming back again sadly unless we hear things have improved.

I ordered the stuffed crust. The cheese in the crust was chalky and inedible. The rest of the pizza was soggy and the cheese tasted like plastic. We ended up not eating it all and tossing to our barn cats , who didn't eat it either...that speaks volumes!
