Got two drinks today they were both wrong had them remake the first one gave up with the second one!
I got 1 cherry for $.50 in my first drink!
What a waste of money super disappointed!
Manger got an attitude about it I never complain but these drink were awful!

The shakes were 1/2 off, and with only half the flavor. Don't know what happened, the shakes are usually dynamite... maybe there are new workers that need some more training on shakes?

I waited 12 minutes for a corn dog and a Coke Zero, and the corn dog tasted old, so I’m not sure why it took so long. There weren’t very many other cars there.

She handed me my card with no receipt and no napkins. She didn't say thank you, so I thought she was coming back with both. She finally came back with a confused look wondering why I was still there. I asked her where my receipt was and she was visibly upset and said just a minute. I waited a few more minutes and finally gave up.

The drinks are probably the best part. I'm not a massive fan of the food but the new smashburgers are the best thing I've had there. It's probably a tier and a half below Culver's, which is still saying a lot for a fast food smash burger.

I was extremely disappointed with my food I got at the drive thru today. I ordered a number three and the top of the bun was completely burnt. The burger and cheese it's self was cold and the fries tasted like they made them when they first opened. It was wasn't worth the $10 and some change I spent.

While the food is good, the prices are a bit high and what brings the drive-thru and in car dining experience down is the wait times. Often waiting 10-15 minutes in the drive-thru or at their parked order stations. Avoid if you are tight on time.
