I ordered tonight via the mobile app. I referenced I had a tuna allergy and the staff were amazing! I showed up a tad early. They let me know they used veggies and surfaces away from the tuna and that haven’t been in contact with tuna. Some may say “well that’s what they’re suppose to do.” Well as someone with this allergy I can express my allergy doesn’t always get taken seriously. Those two working tonight went above and beyond for me. I couldn’t be more appreciative and I’ll be returning to this subway.

I went in there and got a sandwich and they burnt my sub and at the checkout they charged me for 16 subs and I only got one sub and I went back in there and they wouldn't give my money back for the other 15 subs that I didn't get

First time at this location. They were out of alot of bread. Also their menu is half the menu of the archbold and stryker location. This location barely constitutes as a subway it's a shell of a location. Will not be back will gladly drive the 20 mins to archbold.

Doesn't accept coupons...? Employees said nothing as we entered and waited at the counter to place our order, but I didn't end up ordering at all. If you don't accept the coupons your company mails out, I don't accept you as a viable food option and will take my business elsewhere.

My favorite subway in bryan. Very cleanly, kind staff that remembers my order, always worth the wait and There's no flies like Walmart. But I have noticed subs are getting very thin. I only get a 6 inch so this kind of sucks
