So I was quite disappointed with our visit to Taco’s Nacho’s today, which was my second ever visit and probably my last unfortunately.
I ordered the nachos and they looked soooooo good when the young man brought them out to me. I dig in and take my first bite and was so grossed out, the meat was ALL fat. So I continue eating but now I’m picking and examining my food before it goes in my mouth because biting into fat or grizzle is the most disgusting thing! I got barely any actual meat on my nachos, no joke. Zoom in on the pic of the fat I included and you’ll see it’s fat and not meat.
I don’t have any real complaints with the customer service as the young lady was very nice that rang us up. But then, I take exactly what you see in the photo up to show her and tell her how disappointing this trip was when I showed her. I was really expecting more than an “I’m sorry, just throw it away.” I was expecting a refund or an offer of a replacement, but nope, nothing. No manager/owner came to address the situation nor did a cook come to look at my complaint. Serving up the customer fat instead of meat can’t be good for business and especially considering our bill was nearly $25.00, plus I put $5.00 in the tip container on the counter. When I spend that kind of money for a meal, I expect good food. 3 stars for the service only because the young lady did not address the issue in a satisfactory manner.
A plus, the Jamaica tea is the best!! A little pricy at $4.75 for a 32oz. cup but it’s so good I was willing to pay it.
Btw, my first visit was so impressive which is why I went back so soon. I rarely leave less than perfect reviews.

It was OK I've definitely had better. I felt it was pretty pricey for what I all got. The place could use a good cleaning in my opinion. The walls on the front counter had stuff all over them. I probably won't ever eat there again.

Not Authentic at all.... Atmosphere or Staff!!! Tried the tacos and rice. TRASH!!! I'm surprised they are even open for business. Meat dry with no flavor. Tortillas not fresh and not warmed properly. Salsa was REALLY DISGUSTING. Chili's has better Salsa then them. I feel sorry for the people who actually eat here. You do not know good tasting food. This place is DISGUSTING!!!! Go to Chipotle or Taco Bell.

Taco Nacho The staff is very gracious, friendly, and kind. The food is authentic and genuinely delicious. Do yourself a favor and make a point of eating here sometime. I'm from out of town, so it was my first time here, and I loved it so much it won't be my last time. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
