Used to be a nice place to go, we were told it wasn't good anymore and I wish we had listened. Walked past dirty tables and over food on the floor to get to our table, which was somewhat clean except for the chairs which were visibly dirty. Our server started out good, brought drinks and food then disappeared for quite a while. We waited without refills or our bill for quite a while. While we waited, we both went into absolutely disgusting bathrooms, feces and urine on the toilet in the women's bathroom and feces and urine in the only working toilet in the mens restroom. Ended up going to the gas station next door to find a clean bathroom. Photos of the tables and floor that stayed dirty through our entire visit.

Everytime we come here there seems to be a problem. Out of this or that. Vent cleaning being done in the middle of dinner service. Today no working water line. We waited 5 minutes at our table before being spoken too. Submitted our order. Waited another 7 minutes with no drinks or silverware. Order came and the things i asked to be omitted were not surprisingly, left on my sandwich. It sucks that this is one of the few sit down dining options we have.

I ordered takeout at Bob Evans in Bucyrus Ohio and had to wait 28 minutes longer than the promised time. When I finally received my food it was barely warm. They also forgot my silverware and straw for the drink. This was the second time that I had to wait 15 plus minutes after the promised time for an order. I like the food at Bob Evans but won't be returning to this particular restaurant.

I’ve eaten at a lot of different Bob Evans’s. This one however, was not like the rest. Our server Taylor was absolutely awesome. Made my night. My food was on point. Best hash browns I’ve ever had. The cowboy fries were made to perfection. When I asked Taylor to let whomever made the food, know how good it was. (It was the manager so good job on giving them that position). Great job. I’ll remember this location and come back for sure.

The Manager was very rude. And of course it unfortunately falls suit with the rest of the employees. One server dropped food on the floor in the mian hallway and left it there for a good solid hour. When it came down to paying, I was going to pay for a different table but I was told they dont allow that. Everyone pays for their own meals. We were also split up different tables because the Manager said they cant put tables together and our party would have to be split up. We had little kids and they didn't care they still split us up. But when a party of 14 came in they went ahead and put tables together

Excellent food and service every time we go. However, the hostesses do seem to like to talk to each other like there is no one standing right in front of them waiting to check out. My wife and I stood right in front of the register for several minutes. We were not looked at, not acknowledged, nothing. They finished up a non-work related talk, and then couldn't find out who was logged into which register. I just watched with amazement. Felt check in and check out process should have been warmer and more customer oriented. And this is coming from an ex-employee of Bob Evans.

I just want to start by saying our server Charlena was an amazing server, her menu knowledge was top tier. Speed of service was outstanding her recommendation on the banana bread was a great hit. Her customer service was flawless. Her personality was so heart warming. I definitely recommend coming here. The food temperature was on point and delicious.
