I just want to start by saying our server Charlena was an amazing server, her menu knowledge was top tier. Speed of service was outstanding her recommendation on the banana bread was a great hit. Her customer service was flawless. Her personality was so heart warming. I definitely recommend coming here. The food temperature was on point and delicious.

Service was very poor. Food wasn't all that good. Stuff was burnt and really hard. They dropped silverware on the floor in middle of isle and left it for at least a hour. It was still there when I was leaving. The worst Bob Evan's that I have ever been too.

My husband and I were traveling and stopped in Bucyrus for breakfast last Sunday.We are very fromiler with Bob Evans menu and we are always pleased with the service at every location with the exception of this one on this day. Maybe it was an off day for the server but after we were seated we waited over 15 mins for the server to come and ask our beverages choices,at this point we were ready to order so we ask if we could place our order at this time she took our order eventually brought myself a water and my husband A coffee..His cup sat empty for a incredibly long time period,after the server was finished taking another order and was walking by without checking in with us I flagged her down and ask if she could refill his cup..she was very side tracked and took 2 other tables orders without giving us a second thought..when the manager finally brought our food I ask her if he could get some more coffee and he was finally able to get a second cup after being at the table for over an hour.. The food was not bad but horrible service.

Ordered the whole hog breakfast, substitute the sausage patties for extra bacon and home fries. I was grossly unaware that was a difficult order. It came out looking like the picture, not how I ordered it.
Super cool service. The waitress was really nice and prompt. The food was good and the coffee was delicious.

Was traveling and stopped for dinner. I ordered the honey chicken dinner, and it was awful. The chicken was rubbery and looked grey in color. Was it microwaved? It took the server a while to come back to check on us, and by that time, we didn't have time to order anything else. She asked if I wanted it taken off the bill. No manager came out. I was very disappointed. I had coffee, never refilled. My friend meals were great
