Carolyn's Kitchen along the Lincoln Highway is a cozy diner with a basic menu offering something for everyone. The Blueberry cheesecake is a standout dessert. The morning staff is friendly, serving good food with decent portion sizes. Despite being served close to closing time, the experience was positive. The large parking lot is accommodating, even for those hauling travel trailers.
