I have been to Hardee's in Bucyrus more times than I care to admit. I absolutely love it here. I always get fast friendly service and a delicious and juicy burger. My go to is the mushroom & swiss double, but the Frisco and the big hot ham N cheese are strong contenders. The current promo of BBQ pulled pork is a tasty choice too. I used to only go here for breakfast, but the lunch menu is so good. I am grateful we don't have this restaurant in Shelby. I'd never have money left. Thank you for continuing to strive for excellent service and a clean atmosphere as well.

This Hardee's is great. Not only is the food great, but the service is phenomenal! We've been getting dinner here the last few nights just because of the heat. Well come to find out, the A/C at this location has been on the fritz all week and employees have been working in this heat (90° +). We picked up our food at the drive-thru and the employee that helped us had sweat just rolling off him - and he smiled and was friendly! The lady that helped us the next night was just as nice. These guys & gals all deserve medals.

The breakfast i recieved today lasted like last nights burgers... very gross to bite into first thing in the morning. im scared wondering what the inside looks like now.. please keep your food prep areas clean.

Ran thru drive-thru to grab lunch nch with my mother-in-law on the way to a Drs appointment and all I can say is, now I know where NOT to go when in town... The drive-thru process was over complicated (basic order nothing add on no fancies etc) 2 meals w/cokes... (Keep in mind we were the only ones in the drive thru)... They came to the window, and we caught that they didn't even take down the whole order (missing a meal), then was told to pull forward to wait (on idk what) after only receiving 1 drink... Went back to the window to get the other coke and they tried to give us a diet coke... Then got told to pull forward again and waited even longer... When we received our food, it was all cold and our fries weren't fresh, nor was the cold crusted chicken wrap so I'm a little confused as to what we had to even pull forward for aside from keeping their times down... Highly disappointed... I could understand if we were rude or they were busy etc, but cmon y'all... For $18+ this was definitely a huge disgust and disappointment for sure... Will not be going there again, this is the 3rd time in a row have not had any luck getting even semi decent food or service there..
