My favorite dish the pretzel crust pizza. The value of the pizzas are very good. The regular pizza is around $5. I ordered the pretzel crust pizza stuffed. But when I got it the crust was just regular. I had to complain so they fixed it

Placed an order via phone call, the young lady told me 10-15 minutes. I ended up waiting 1hr for 3 cheese pizzas and I got home to find that the sauce is missing. Who forgets to put sauce on pizza? Manager kindly issued a refund, great service on his end.

Slow service! One of the workers was on his phone the whole time while in view of the customers, swearing, and yelling about a woman on facebook. The person behind the counter was never behind the counter, she was boxing pizza because the social media junky wasnt doing his job.

How does a business run if it consistently only has 1 or maybe 2 employees working at a time? It is not the employees fault they are extremely short handed always. My pizza has never been ready on time. The person making food is working consistently but can’t keep up with the volume. Pizza always tastes good. But definitely NEVER hot and ready.

Called in orser to kiosk. To be ready in 12 minutes. I got there and waited an extra 35 mins. When it was put in kiosk my sauces weren't there. It took my another 5 minutes to get someone's attention from the back to come to the front to get the dipping sauce that I paid for. Very dirty

Placed an online order, went at the time the app said it was ready ( 6pm ) and they claimed it wasn't ready yet. Waited almost 40 minutes for our food to be done and the pizza was warm at best, tasted like it sat out, and all around was just a waste of money and time. This has happened more recently with the past few times we ordered.
Placed an online order for it to take 30 minutes to complete. One set of bread sticks were entirely dry and one was drenched in butter but both were ice cold. Pizza had to be torn apart, and it took an extra 15 minutes to get it fixed. As a former employee of a different establishment I find that their service and quality is terrible. We will not be returning.

This place has went down hill, the employee that was making pizza spent so much time yelling and cussing, he also spent so much time on his personal phone. I drive about 25 mins away to get pizza from that location. I feel bad for the employee that had on the blue hat who seemed to try and hold it down. What is more upsetting is that when I got home my pizza barley had sauce it was mainly cheese and pepperoni. I honestly will probably not come back to this location and drive a little further away to Findlay. What a shame this was a great location...

Went in this location for a hot and ready. Man at the register had an well I give up attitude as soon as we walked in the door. Was told it'd take 20 minutes. Went home and put an order online for the fantastic 4 pizza deal. No care at all put into this pizza. I wish I could post photos. Slices are all different sizes, sausage on the pepperoni slices, can tell it was just rushed with no care at all. The guy may be having a bad day or may have been short staffed but that's no excuse to not care about your customers. I've been in before to hear said guy yelling and cursing at his employees. Do better guys. Bucyrus doesn't have many chain pizza options here.

The manager of this location needs to be fired! Please stop by on our way to Cedar Point to pick up pizza for when we got to our hotel. You wanted to make sure we had something because we were tired from driving, it took a half an hour to get one pizza to go. If this location is this busy on a Sunday evening they should call in another worker instead of hearing the manager yelling behind the scenes, pathetic! I have never had a weight like this at any Little Caesars that I've ever went to, it was quite ridiculous.
