Went in this location for a hot and ready. Man at the register had an well I give up attitude as soon as we walked in the door. Was told it'd take 20 minutes. Went home and put an order online for the fantastic 4 pizza deal. No care at all put into this pizza. I wish I could post photos. Slices are all different sizes, sausage on the pepperoni slices, can tell it was just rushed with no care at all. The guy may be having a bad day or may have been short staffed but that's no excuse to not care about your customers. I've been in before to hear said guy yelling and cursing at his employees. Do better guys. Bucyrus doesn't have many chain pizza options here.

The manager of this location needs to be fired! Please stop by on our way to Cedar Point to pick up pizza for when we got to our hotel. You wanted to make sure we had something because we were tired from driving, it took a half an hour to get one pizza to go. If this location is this busy on a Sunday evening they should call in another worker instead of hearing the manager yelling behind the scenes, pathetic! I have never had a weight like this at any Little Caesars that I've ever went to, it was quite ridiculous.

I avoid this place like the plague. My last review I gave one star because it was literally the worst pizza I've had in my entire life decided to give it another try and came back a few months later. Stood in the lobby for 15 minutes on a Friday evening without seeing a single employee the entire time with 10 people in the lobby not one of us was greeted. Four of us left the lobby six of them stayed hopefully they eventually agreed to six people. Do better you guys are terrible for the community

This place constantly has issues with keeping people order online it will take you at least 10 minutes longer than they say some workers are very unprofessional and be heard cursing and complaining about the work and customer's they just served as soon as they leave and the entry area is usually dirty kinda .makes you wonder what the food area is like

At times it seems hectic but The People there do their best to fulfill th needs of the customer. I truly appreciate each and every one of them for their hard work and continuous dedication they provide. Even though sometimes my order has a hiccup, they still work effortlessly to finish the job. Good vibes and great people, needs a little attention in some areas..communication is sometimes ok, also needs work.

Pretty good here.You usually do have to wait if its anything other than a single pizza though.Also there have been a couple times where they didn't have $1's or some other type of change which made it a little bit of a hassle.
