I hate this mcdonalds every time I come I get cold French fries or juat cold food in general. Even when it's a busy rush I'm thinking oooo I'll get some nice hot fries it's a lie. Then they have advertised THEY OPEN AT 5AM! When I pull up at 5.45AM they are closed? Tell me how that adds up? Even on mobile app I can order what a joke.

Not sure what's going on right now but.. Waited 30 mins for our entire order to be wrong. Instead of re making my mcdouble with extra cheese. They slapped another piece of meat and gave me a piece of cheese on the side.

Probably the only place in bucyrus where you can wait for 30 minutes and they still get the order completely wrong. I expect low quality going to McDonald's, but this McDonald's isn't only low quality food but low quality service. Avoid this place!

My biggest complaint is why does the app let you order, and Google says they're open at 5am on Tuesday but yet I've been sitting in the drive thru for almost ten minutes with no answer. I would have left already but idk how to get a refund from the app?

They always have me pull up and wait when going through drive thru. Always! Food is missing half the time and buns are usually stale. Oh and the ''ice cream machine is down'' is not a joke. Its always out of service.

I ordered in the app for curbside pick up. My order was missing 4 items, which I didn’t realize until I got home. I drove all the way back because 4 items is a bit ridiculous. I told the person taking orders what I was missing. I told the lady at the window what I was missing after they gave me someone else’s order. They told me to pull forward that they had to make more holiday pies. I waited 20 minutes pulled forward before I finally called. The manager said the workers had no idea what was going on!!!! 1 hour later after picking up my order, my family ate all parts of their meal.

I visit this location often. Tonight, my fiancé had ordered a double cheeseburger and he received a Mccrispy chicken. I then opened my Big Mac to find that the base was mayonnaise instead of their sauce. First time they’ve screwed up this bad on our order.

It sucked. Hamburgers burnt on the outside. But not even warm enough to melt the cheese. Sloppily put together. Then the women's bathroom was horrible. Toilet paper thrown everywhere in the handicapped stall. Cashier was informed.
