I typically have no issues with McDonald’s in Bucyrus, but here recently it’s been straight attitude towards the customers. They need new workers

I had a mobile order that I put in at at 10:00 for hashbrowns a McMuffin a smoothie and a coffee, I got to McDonalds around 10:10 and I waited at the window for almost thirty minutes and at this time they haven’t even came to the window. By time they came to the window it was 10:40, they asked for my order number and I gave it to them and they said they couldn’t pull it up because they aren’t serving breakfast anymore. They then canceled my order and only gave me the coffee and the smoothie

The lady with the very long hair working up in the front today needs an attitude check and a hair net. Watching her pony tail hit people's food was disgusting but what was worse was seeing her yell at old women for confusion, give attitude to everyone she came across and take a million years to get to the counter. I'd like to think maybe she is having a bad day but this is always how she acts.

The Employees suuuck, really gone downhill in the past few years. They don’t give a crap about pulling people up when they’re waiting at the window & they don’t even make eye contact with you AT the window let alone have a conversation “Here’s this here’s that” & they shut the window.
