This has to be the worst McDonald's I have ever been to orders are wrong 90% of the time their shake or frappe machine is always out of order at one point the frappe machine was out of order for at least 6 months. They make you pull up and wait and once you get your food thinking it's going to be hot and fresh no cold and old and come on the prices are ridiculous

Always get pulled forward in the drive through half the time they are missing items the service is horrible will drive to another town to mcdonalds before ever coming back to this one.

Terrible everything slow as can be and messed up my order twice b4 they finally just gave my money back obviously a double cheeseburger with everything but mustard is impossable there
Waited 10 mins in line and 10 minutes waiting on a Big Mac just to have half cooked fries and a cold Big Mac what a joke for fast food. Never go there again. Waited 6 months to try it again and service hasn’t changed.

The environment is clean and nice. There are crowds that are unexpected . They have a friendly, good family experience . Thank you for a good experience.Parking: Large amount of handicap and curbside parking which limits dine into a good walk to the doors.

Hello people just wanna let you know bypass this McDonald’s they do not perform well when you order and also service was not up to par. This is not a reflection on the employees. This is a reflection of the leader ship workmanship is a reflection of leadership. I ordered a big Mac combo no pickle no onion at least got no pickle but the onion was in there and I am allergic to onion so I understand we all have hiccups but when a customer orders specific directions because you offer them we expect it to be done Bucyrus I know is a small town Work pool is very small But the people are great. I live here I work here and I expect for this town to grow because it is depleting that we all pay attention. Stay focused appreciate the job we have. Thank you.
