A month ago I made a post about not receiving items in my take out order and left positive reviews for atmosphere and the food. This time to just strictly about service. This restaurant has finally made it to the bottom with a 1 star review on service. We ordered take out again hoping it would be different and well, it was not unfortunately. This time the coleslaw was missing from our order. I received an apology last time and I can appreciate that but this is now the 4th time in a row something has been missing from our takeout order. I’m dumbfounded. I literally have nothing to say at this point other than I hope it’s not this bad for everyone. I’ll post a pic of my last review so you can see the response I was given and clearly must have been completely disregarded.

We had great time at this restaurant. We got together with family that lives all over in the northern part of Ohio. It was able to accommodate roughly 15 guests in the side room area. It took a little longer to get food which we understood, about 30-40 minutes. But once we got it, we dug in and enjoyed every last bite. I had pulled pork. Green beans and Mac and cheese and I'd definitely order it again!

This is a great family place to come with 2 or more people, the atmosphere is great and the employees are amazing, food comes out in a short wait but very good quality and taste. Would give 10 stars if could because this place is just awesome. Everytime I come here i have a great time. Would 10/10 recommend the buffalo tots those things are amazing!
Run to Old 30 for the best beer cheese you'll ever have!! First time here (husband has been), typically I don't get beer cheese because it's never GREAT, but this absolutely is. I had the Meat Sliders, pork, turkey and chicken, they were delicious and juicy! Sometimes pulled chicken is really dry...not this. The fries were really good as well! We Sat at the bar and the bartender (Megan) was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. We absolutely will be back. Soon!

Stopped here on a recent Saturday night and had a really great meal. The brisket was excellent, some of the best I have ever had. Our server was very pleasant and attentive. The place is large and rustic. Very clean and well run. If you are in the area, do not miss this place.
Were kind enough to let our group get service even though they were supposed to get off early because of the bad weather. Excellent food and service.

It was alright. The first thing i noticed was no smell of a smoker, which always throws me when i go for bbq. The smoked turkey was excellent, the pulled pork was good and the brisket left something to be desired. Mac and cheese was pretty good, the green beans were really great. Cornbread was soft and tasty, but could be better with a bit of butter. Nothing really knocked my socks off.

Food was good service was great. Had we known there was live music that night, we may have come a different night. We got seated nearly next to the performance area. It was hard to carry on a conversation, and I even had my hearing aids in. Other than that, id come again.

Info to any future guests , you can’t order nachos & ask for no liquid cheese because they will burn ! Even tho we have been to this establishment for many years & ordered nachos with no liquid cheese or onions but today we are told they can’t & wont be made that way ! We requested only shredded cheese but manager made it known it shouldn’t be done that way . Paid for my beer & left …. Thanks for accommodating our request . Thanks for reminding me that there is no consistency in customer service.
