We just ordered takeout not knowing it was the downtown holiday festival. Pisanellos was packed and they still had our pizza ready in 30 min!! It was great. Nice job guys!

We were coming into town for a wedding and looking for a place to seat 20. I called numerous other local places with no luck. When I called here the gentleman who answered the phone was more than willing to help. He also allowed us to order ahead of time so it’d be ready on a busy Friday night. The pizza and service were excellent! Thank you for helping make a memorable wedding weekend get off on the right foot!

Called 15 minutes out at 10:30 pm looking for a spot to eat good food and sit after a 3 1/2 hour one way travel for a football game. I called because I saw they closed at 12 am and wanted to double check. The girl said yes they did close at 12 and I said great see yall soon! End of phone call. We arrive only to see the dining room is closed, which should’ve been communicated over the phone, and the 2 girls there clearly do NOT want to make any pizza based off their demeanor of staying back near the pans and leaning back against a storage unit. When I asked how long a pizza would take she said 20 minutes with half an attitude. No smile. No interest! I get it; it’s late. But I’d rather close at 9 pm not wanting to serve any later, than alienate possible customers!

Food is always great but whoever the lady is that answers the phone is always rude. The owner is super nice and when he answers it’s never a bad experience but the past few time it has been this rude lady and honestly may not order from here again. Sad to see business turn bad from one bad apple.

The cheesy bread was absolutely delicious, and so was the garlic butter and pizza sauce that came with it. But, the pizza on the other hand?? The sauce literally tasted like stomach acid. I have no clue what happened, but it was NOT good. The crust on that was also kinda burnt and a weird texture. Also, the cheese on it wasn’t as good as the cheesy bread. I have no clue what the difference was, but as you can see in the pictures it’s also very noticeable.
I have loved Pisanellos food for YEARS but the girl on the phone is RUDE almost makes me not want to call.

I was introduced to it by my wife when we met and it's remained our go to pizza shop. And if you want to go with something unique and different? Ask John (owner) if he's feeling creative. I've had some dman good spicy chicken pizzas there.
