While on vacation, four of us stopped for lunch. When we entered the oldest employee advised us that she will be with us soon, while two other girl employees were just standing there talking. After five minutes, the lady asked us for our order and pushed the subs she made down the line in front of the vegetables, assuming they were a door dash order. As she was making our sandwiches there were flies all over the place and the flies were landing all over the meatball subs that she made. I said to the girls that were just standing there that there are flies all over the subs and they didn't seemed too concerned! I feel bad for the person who got that meatball sub around 12:45 on Saturday. When all four of us sat down to eat our food there were nats fling around and flies! We used the bathrooms and they were disgusting, extremely dirty, and no toilet paper. I hope no one goes to this subway!! It was awful! Very disappointed that there was no concern about the flies on the food. Everyone should go there to see for themselves!! Thank goodness we stood there to make sure no flies were on our subs. They should be calling a professional to take care of this situation or maybe the Department of agriculture will be getting a call!

Food was fair, workers were rude. 1 girl in the front taking orders and cashiering, 2 or 3 others in the back laughing and having fun. One girl came out and said looks like you got it and went back. There were 6 people in line, food area was a mess. 1st time I have been to this location in years. I will not go back.

First off they was not friendly at all. Seemed like they was disturbed we walked in. The smaller girl with dark hair made a comment about her drawer being short. I even tried to give her the amount her drawer was short.
Then one of the 3 was in our conversation and put her nose where it didn't go. So with that said I'll be calling corporate. The store was dirty, sandwich was a complete mess. It only takes 2 minutes to wipe it down. Not one person changed there gloves nor washed there hands when we was there.

Maybe Subway needs to investigate how clean this store really is.

Just stopped into the store to order for lunch, the employee at the counter was extremely rude to me, I’m not going to spend money in a place like that. Also noticed employees handling food and money with the same gloves. Yuck!

The Subway app took my payment and then the Subway location REFUSED to fill my order because of an issue THEY had with their system. 100% not acceptable. If a company is having an issue with their system it is not a reason to take someone's money and not provide the food. This was a crime!

I ordered online. Arrived at the store 15 min after I ordered. The staff asked if I had a pickup. I told them my name and they confirmed my order. Then I waited....Then I waited...then I waited....
After 30 mins of sitting in the dinning room patiently waiting they began to make my order. This was only after i had seen several people walk in and get their order taken, filled, and given to them without the staff even starting my order.
When one staff member was making my 2 sub order another asked if I had an order in...yes they asked me again after I had already told them who I was.
Then the staff member said it was taking so long because of "training."
What does training have to do with my order getting skipped in line? What does training have to do with a rude staff?
I told the lady I never asked for her excuses.
The staff member (Pic below without a hat) flipped out on me. Telling me to I could just leave and that I was not getting my order. She even called the cops on me. HA Ha. She told me I was banned from the store. HA HA.
First...The subway staff took 45 min to even start my order.
Second....The staff made excuses that I never asked for.
Third...the staff members flipped out on me and refused me service for what? waiting 45 mins for my order?
Fourth...they broke health code. It has been submitted to Crawford County Health Department.
I'll drive 15 min to a nearby subway to get my food next time. It'll be quicker than this rude incompetent staff making excuses for the poor service that they deliver.
I just wonder how many other health code violations they are breaking...

Love the food and the young ladies that work there are very very nice manager not so much rude to her employees and again the manager yells at her employees in front of people not very nice seems to me she targets certain ones it's a job people you may not like them but it's your job to get along with them grow up and be adults and again it's just a job

Pre-ordered on our way home from Cedar Point. Ordered 2 footlongs, ask for them wrap individually. Subs were perfect!! It was very tasty and wrapped the way requested. Definitely recommend stopping in!!
