Walked into the empty lobby and got ignored while a whole line of cars got helped. Didnât seem like a single person gave a crap and they left me hanging there. I left, didnât buy anything. I donât plan on returning for a very long time at least.

I use to love this place, but the last several times I have went through there I always got the ice caps. They hardly put cream on it and I recently got the reese ice cap no toppings on it barley any cream and it tasted like mocha. I told the lady she said we don't do toppings anymore and shut the side door. I'm never going back there. Very bad customer service, and you don't get what you pay for.

The people seem very nice but the order is always wrong. Today, I ordered an egg pastry, they stated they didn't have those. Even though they continue to flash a picture of it on the menu board. Then I asked for a chai latte, they gave me a black coffee. Of course, I didn't realize it until I got home. I can't even call to complain because they don't give you a receipt unless you specifically ask for one. Most days, I order a turkey club no bacon, and they always mess it up. either they give me extra bacon, or they take the turkey away. I love Tim Hortons, but not this one in particular. It's just convenient because it's the closest one.

My god, where to begin.. It looks like a methadone clinic in there. Zero competence from all but two of the entire staff. If you go inside the place, ha, forget about it, they'll let you stand there for 10 minutes before even acknowledging you. Order a simple coffee and they have to ask at least two people for help on how to ring it up. If you want a good chuckle give them exact coin change and watch their brain melt on how to process the transaction. Someone from the corporation honestly needs to come shut this place down and do a complete overhaul. Negative 4 stars. Come on. Be better. Even just a tiny bit. It's coffee and donuts people... smh.
Pretty much everything you would expect from a commercial coffee and donut shop. Are the donuts the same as the ones you used to be able to get at a Tim Hortons in the 80s? No. But this is now, not yesteryear. And they are still really good and haven't shrunk, unlike many of their competitors. My donuts and coffee were great. My order was as perfect as you can expect and was given to me in no time at all. The lady that filled my order was really pleasant to deal with. I even expected to be able to tip her with the credit card machine, and she said "Oh honey, I don't need a tip, but thank you." Great service! Great food.

I have had multiple incidents here I will not be going back now this one was the worst they were very rude to me to the point were I feel like crying I've already had a rough week as is... All I wanted was a good cup of coffee I asked for a large French vanilla lattee and just becuz I asked for lite ice i only get a half cup that's not right I payed almost $6 bucks for this... I will be telling everyone I know not to go here, not to mention when I go in the store to buy last time I waited almost 15 min to be served and nobody was ahead of me... This store and service is just horrible... People do not go I've warned u....

they made my order wrong and when i asked for them to fix it the woman was yelling at the cashier to just ring us up. why would i want to pay for my coffee if youâre saying youâre not fixing my coffee that you made incorrectly? poor service. and instead of getting my receipt i get a paper to leave a survey instead. what a joke. canât expect much from bitter old women making $13 an hour i guess.
