They never answer the phone to take my order. I asked if there phones were working when I get there and they say sometimes they don’t. While I was in there waiting on my order, I called them and the phone does work. This happens all the time there. I never knew if a business that didn’t answer the phone.
Very rude employees!!
These people are RUDE! I thought it was a race thing but after reading the reviews, they seem to be like that to everyone. Here's a clue, if you don’t want to serve people…QUIT! I walked in, the older lady whose face is on the clock didn’t even acknowledge me, just kept slicing meat, after a few minutes a young girl slowly walked up, didn’t greet me or seem friendly. I ordered. After wearing gloves to add the meat, she needed cheese from the fridge so I stood to the side to watch her in the back. She kept the gloves on, opened the commercial fridge, grabbed the cheese then came back with those same gloves on to make my sandwich!! I politely said, can you change your gloves for me please? Do y’all know she walked in the back and never came back out, while leaving my sandwich on the counter!! The older lady walks to the back and I can see them talking. The older lady then makes my sandwich!! After awhile the young girl comes and starts the next guy in line! All this and nobody said a word! Would you like to eat whatever dust and dirt that’s on that door handle?? Pure garbage attitudes and you shouldn’t eat here unless you absolutely have to!! Spend your money where you’re valued as a customer.
3 of the 4 times I've visited this location I've walked out after waiting around 10 minutes for an employee to come up front. The one time I was waited on the food or service wasn't typical of a subway

Would love to talk to someone in corporate or some higher management for this area.Girls in there at the time I was there were very rude!
After having been trying to order through the app for over a month with the same "Payment failed" error, I called and tried to order online. Was met with a "sorry we're not taking online orders at this time, which is fine. Then when told about not being able to order through the app due to that error, they said very sarcastically "huh I don't know why." Been a loyal customer for years with no problems ordering through the app, and now there's problems all of a sudden. Even with having Everything updated.

I like this particular Subway very much. Everything is always fresh, the staff is excited and friendly. They never complain about our specialized orders and online orders are always right on time or early. This is my very best Subway experience.

Worst service ever! Young girl in there couldn’t make a simple BLT. I went back in 3 times just for them to make it right! Work ethic is gone for this generation!!!
