I am done.Worse Arby's ever! It is a midway mark between a long drive I take several times a year.I used the drive through.The Ham sandwich I had was obviously microwaved , tough and chewy.The bottom of the bun was so wet in hardly held togethor.The curly fries were all 3 inch strips and cold and mealy ,I couldn't swallow them . I gave them a benefit of a doubt , the first time the roast beef was cold and a total mess and I waited forever because I only saw 1 employee there.Dont stop this Arby's needs to get new management.

This location has a different layout/design. It's "fresh." Service is always great. It's not the fastest Arby's, but food is always excellent. I'm willing to wait a few minutes longer for hot, crisp fries and a well made sandwhich!

Tonight my kids and I stopped to get me some dinner after a long and trying 15 hr day and after they had their dinner. The chip on my card wouldn't work. The manager on duty (11-26-24) was so generous and caring. He GAVE me my food, wished me well and happy Thanksgiving. He blessed me tonight. I cried. Sir, you have no idea how ur kindness effected me today. May God bless you. Thank U so much. You don't even know.

Slow would be an overstatement of the speed of the drive through this evening. 12 minutes from order to food.
The manager that arrived roughly 3 years ago(as of 2024) changed everything about the Arby's experience at this location. Previous to his arrival, this location was less than mediocre. It seems like every time I go there now the good service bell gets rung. The floor is clean, not sticky. The tables are wiped down, looks like they even used a clean rag to do it unlike my closer location. The soda area is always stocked and tidy. The kitchen appears clean. The crew deserves some praise as well, for they are always welcoming and respectful. This is my favorite location by far, and I drive an extra 15 minutes passing another Arby's on the way.

If I could give a complete zero I would. We came through the drive thru while traveling. We waited forever to place our order. Then after placing order we waited for the order to be confirmed and be given a total. After saying hello sever time the man taking our.order was rude and argued that he gave us our total already . Once we got to the window I asked if he was the manager and he said yes he was. So , myself being a gm and having been in the restaurant business 37 years, I stated the correct response would have been " i do apologize your total is $31.39 please pull around and thank you." To which he slammed the window shut in our face . Not very professional.
