Average. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and waited about 10 minutes.it would be nice if they would let me know there was going to be a long wait I could have changed my order to something else.

My wife and I always make this a stopping point on our travels to Cleveland. Every time we go the food is fresh and the service is great. Even if they make a mistake they are friendly, apologetic, and quick to rectify the issue. All Burger King's should strive to meet the standard set at this restaurant.

There's Not much you can say about a chain fast food restaurant. However this one is good the people are always very nice the food is made to the way you order it, and they're very quick. As a side note there's a charming older gentleman who always greets my three-year-old niece and makes her laugh. Probably my favorite Burger King.
