Food was great. Customer service not so great. The worker at the counter was very rude to not only me but every customer before me. You could tell its just who she is. Other customers brushed her off or just didn't speak on it. Took alot for me not to say anything to her supervisor on how she presented herself or her establishment. The next worker who handed me my food didn't have an attitude that was any different. They need to reevaluate their workers on customer service....
If who hurt you was a chain this is it. The food was not prepared wrong , its just the taste . Everything is processed and tastes like chemicals. Glad this chain isn't everywhere
Food has taken a downturn recently. You don’t get what pay for. Staff was fine. We got our food i. a timely manner, but no napkins. I mean, come on. Probably will not go back to any Hardee’s locations again.
