Waited in drive thru so longer that I turned my car off 3 times. If I didn't have a vehicle behind me I would have backed out of the drive thru.

So me and my Mom thought it would be nice ordering from this Taco Bell, we were wrong. All of our items were supposed to have lettuce, and guess how many did? 0! And then my Mom found a onion peel in her taco, yes the peel. Service was rude in the drive thru and didn't double check to see if we had anything missing. 1 star

Idk who was making our food but you can really tell they halfassed literally all 7 food items. I’m not exaggerating at all when I say everything that has meat in it only had 2-3 chunks of chicken/steak in them 😂 Barely any of the cheese was melted in every item. The cheese roll up is the easiest thing to make and that wasnt even done right. My guy- the cheese was still cold in the center😂💀The cantina street chalupas were pretty much just bread and onions on both of them. I hope I get a full refund cause I really wasted $30 on something I could have done better myself.
Sarah is the main reason I give it 5 stars she is the only one after several times coming here. She’s the only person that ever seems to care and try’s to help. When she’s not working I can never get any help. I normally just end up leaving.
