I want to share this review to show appreciation to one of the staff that is a cut above most folks these days. This morning I was at the drive thru and ordered a breakfast sandwich. I parked in the side lot and then realized that the sandwich was not what I ordered, but figured it sometimes happens. I was about half way through it when I noticed a man walking towards my car. He explained that after my order was delivered he noticed that he had not made what I had ordered. He took it upon himself to make a new sandwich and head across the dark parking lot and bring me what I had ordered. I thanked him then, but want to thank him again through this review. He's a truly class act and Wendy's is fortunate to have him as one of their staff.

A good Wendys, but slightly more expensive than a normal one due to it being conjoined with a gas station/truck stop. They are also currently open 24/7 as of when I'm posting this review which is nice.

Stood at the counter waiting to order for at least 5 minutes. Staff refused to look and acknowledge me. Would give zero stars if I could. Ridiculous. Left without ordering.

My son and I ordered separately online. My son got charged twice and only received for one order. Even though the orders were ordered separately they were mixed together in two separate bags. Neither of us received exactly what we ordered.

They were taking names to call when your order was ready, but kept forgetting to call them. By the time I asked the lady if the bag sitting there was for me and she checked to make sure all of my food was cold.
