“I went to play my lottery and get money from the atm. It was past 7:30pm and lottery turns off at 7:45pm to play your numbers. Luckily I can count on the woman who plays it there to get my numbers in because she's fast. There lottery machine seems to always be working compared to the machine on Hartford and Hillen Rd store that I went to. I just wished they were opened more like they used to be before the pandemic hit.”

“Last 2 or 3 times I’ve ordered food from here it has been awful. The breaded mushrooms were barely cooked the inside of them was mush and cold, the steak and cheese sandwich was extremely dry/burnt and the one thing that was cooked tasted like last weeks left overs. The lady on the phone that took the order was intoxicated, rude, and rushed the order with no care or respect. Personally I think you are better off going to the bowling alley”

“I recently dined at this restaurant, and here's my take on the meal and service.
​I ordered the Marinated Pork Chops (5/10). They were generously sized and about an inch thick. Cooked on an open flame, they had a wonderful flavor, but unfortunately, they were slightly overcooked. The edges were too hard to eat. It seemed like they were cooked too fast, which was a real shame.
​The Chili (9/10), however, was a completely different story. It was outstanding—so good that I would honestly rank it in my top 10 list.
​The Baked Potato (3/10) was a letdown. It was very undercooked and hard, and I wouldn't recommend it at all.
​For a side, I also had a Salad. It was exactly what you'd hope for: fresh, cold, and served in a chilled bowl. The cold bowl was a big plus!
​As for the service, there was only one server and one bartender working, but the server was absolutely incredible. Even with a busy room of 22-23 people, she managed to keep everything running smoothly and was a pleasure to interact with.”

“Been there several times lately, Not sure who the manager was, but she deserves a raise. The boy behind the counter was very friendly and very dedicated. Customer service was unbeatable. All in all the best subway I’ve ever stepped foot in.”

“I’m convinced we need to rate a fast food restaurant in its own context. As such, the Coldwater McDonalds easily rates five stars … on the McDonalds scale.

The people who work at this location are friendly enough to make you feel welcome every time — but not so friendly that you want to back away from them.

Food is prepared and delivered in a timely manner and as ordered. It’s worth noting also that custom orders don’t grind your experience into that weird deer-in-headlights zone we sometimes see in this market.”
