I was so unpleased with the burton subway today. I had a cup on for 17.99 on 3 subs it excluded a few subs. The guy who I believe is the owner told me I could only order from the far board of subs nothing else because there is double cheese on all the subs now. I said I don't want double cheese. I said I would go else were that honor what the coupon says. He then says ok you can get those subs. All I wanted was the American club no extra anything and a bacon chicken ranch sub. He said bacon is extra.. ok. He puts the toppings on I asked for little lettuce then some cucumbers, tomatoes and black olives her barley put anything on. Actually he only put 4 cucumbers didn't even cover the sub.. I pay for it and I say I need to also get to sodas separate and cooked on a 3rd order because it was for 3 ppl. We only wanted 2 cookies. I was told I had to order more than 2 cookies even tho I had already paid 24.00 for the other two orders there is a five dollar minimum purchase using a card. Good Lord!!! Never again!!!

Absolute horrible experience. Please do not eat here. The employee did not hear part of my order and instead of finding some way to fix it, he immediately started gaslighting me and telling me to get out of the store. I am still in shock from this event. I tried asking about pricing, if I could contact a manager. I asked for a refund. He refused to give me a refund (I hadn't received my food yet), refused to give me any kind of contact information so that I could have this problem solved. I was not the least bit rude to this man. I was a paramedic in uniform. After a post was made online about the incident, a man started making comments (I'm assuming he was the employee), and stated blatant lies about the event including saying people were in the store that were not in the store. I'm under the impression this man has a manipulative personality disorder and should not be working with the public at all. I have never in my life been treated like this in a store, nor have I ever treated anyone like this, even when I worked in food service. This man was so inappropriate towards me and caused me so much stress that i vomited shortly after the incident. I put in a complaint through Subway and had a man email me. He stated he would be giving me a refund. I hope he follows through with that. I'm a people pleaser/pushover. I get walked over all the time by people like this, and I think I am gonna say no to it this time. It is not okay to treat people like this, especially in a professional setting.

Mike at this subway made our experience extra pleasant. He was extra friendly and made our subs w care. It was a real nice change from other subways. If you see Mike…tell him he is awesome. Hope you have a good day man. That sandwich was killer and the chipotle sauce was magical.Hope you get some time to enjoy the weather bro. I so appreciate this location. A main street plaza seems like such an unlikely spot for a Subway chain, but it fits so perfectly! I've come to rely on this spot since I drive directly from to Century Village every Monday evening. Everything is prepared on time and with all the specifications.

I'm usually not a fan of subway BUT this particular location is always clean, the staff is always polite, the veggies/meat is fresh and of course who doesn't love the smell of fresh baked bread!

I have worked here. Rita drops bread, and put it back onto the bread cart. The fire extinguishers are out of date. She stopped paying after 30 minutes of closing, no matter what there was left to do. Before inspection night, we were expected to clean, without pay. Rita and her husband also have CHANGED dates on food before inspections. She never respects your scheduling requests. The back door, is a fire hazard, it is always locked, it is like a barn door. When she is doing things at the store, she is not making food, or cleaning, yet she still takes the workers tips. She has broken many child labor laws including working past the time approved by law AND approved by a parent.
