If I could give it no stars I would. ABSOLUTELY DOWNRIGHT DISGUSTING NOT EVEN EDIBLE. About a year ago this place was my favorite completely over priced but was good enough to buy it . NOW, I wouldn’t feed my dog this garbage. I bought $30 worth of food last night cheese fries, Mac n cheese bites and a ham and cheese sub. I did eat half the sub , we each tried a Mac n cheese bite and didn’t even attempt to try the fries they were nasty. Called today and the manager was rude af, sat in silence most of the time then told me she needs the food back or she can’t remake it . Ummm I don’t want it remade , I want you to get it together and get it right when I’m using it as my family’s dinner. Sadly this isn’t the first time it’s either they forget half the stuff, make it wrong or is gross. The picture was taken after it arrived of the OVERPRICED cheese fries . Would you eat them!?!?

Coworker has an order for delivery at 10:30. Called to add an order to it. When they answered, I told them that I wanted to add an order. The lady said 'we're not open and rudely hung up on me ' I have never ordered from them before and I was wanting to try them out. I will never call them again, and not recommend them to anyone! Very rude!

We enjoy getting the mothership, cardiac arrest, barbecue pepperoni, bacon sausage the mothership a very large pizza easily feeds the family with leftovers for the next day. It’s a nice treat occasionally. It’s now around $33 but still seems reasonably priced due to the size and the amount of people that it will feed.

Get some staff that don't run there mouth and curse at customers and stand in the back as they are about to walk out an keep running there mouth and cursing like an immature kid with customers in there.Do better galaxy!

Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced (Byesville location). Mistakes happen, we are all human, but how they handled it was really disappointing. Not even a generic “sorry for the inconvenience”
