ordered 2 sausage egg cheese mcmuffins, got home and imagine that, I had 2 but no egg. I called but no answer, so I had to go back. contacted manager, and finally got the right sandwich, but no apology or anything. this is not the first time this has happened.i am extremely angry,will never go back.

The burger was barely warm. The fries were cold and tasted stale and old. Didn't have lids for drinks or straws. The crew looked like they had had enough. No smiles. I felt bad for them so I didn't even bother to ask for fresh food. Ate the burger and left. They did find a few lids and straws before I was done eating

Your cook has long hair and a beard. Nothing wrong with that. But no hair nets. Everytime he moves his hair goes everywhere. I understand that he has a ponytail; but you need to supply hair nets for them to wear. I told them them I don't like hair in my food and they need to wear hair nets. They laugh at me. I hope that you understand what I mean. I don't figure you would like hair in your food. I'm not complaining about your Macdonalds just your workers .They should take it Serious.

•Byesville McDonalds- I had to wait almost 30 minutes just to get my food. Then once they hand me my food they walk away and I said ma’am my drinks she ignored me and walked to the back. I waited another 10 minutes for her to come back to the front, and then they only gave me 1 chicken wrap on my chicken wrap meal. Then to top that I get one chicken strip on the one wrap. I understand being short staffed but I’ve worked fast food and have been short staffed before it’s difficult but as the manager she should’ve done better because she’s also the manager or was at the one in Cambridge on Southgate

This is absolutely the most disgusting McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Not a single table was cleaned. The whole floor was covered in ketchup packets. The employees looked filthy. The place stunk like a garbage can. I’ve traveled all over the world and I’ve never seen a McDonald’s so disgusting in my life. There is a table with literally half eaten chicken nuggets on it. I don’t think I’ll even be able to eat McDonald’s again after seeing this restaurant at byesville ohio. An elderly couple came in and every table was empty but they were all disgusting so they had to leave with their food. There is three employees just sitting at a table letting all these customers leave. I’m disgusted this actually ruined my day. NASTY NASTY NASTY. HOPE THE OWNER READS THIS. The absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.. never had a sandwich made right .. I’m standing here now and they are on the 6th sandwich trying to get it right .. service is horrible.. there’s no1 in here and I stored at the register for 5 min without being waited on. Worse McDonald’s ever! New to the area and have ordered several times through the app. Every order was messed up and items missing. Don’t even ask for sauce or anything extra because you’ll be lucky to get your actual food. Contacted customer support cause last time I said something to the staff they gave me a ‘is what it is’ answer then stood in the back talking trash to each other about how they knew they didn’t have the items but oh well customers will get over it. None the less customers service/corporate stated they have noted that this store has a large amount of complaints for missing items in orders. Do yourself the favor and make the 2 minute trip to the one in Cambridge!
