Stood in line for 37 minutes..... I was the only one in the store.... no service... one just stood there telling the one in the back what they might need up front before they close
The tables and bathrooms were disgusting. the mens sink wasn't working either.
Also the woman helping us and making our sandwiches needed us to explain an order repeatedly and still got it wrong twice. Asking for the bread to be toasted should not require a lengthy explanation…. While my husband was out of earshot, the woman was complaining to the other worker about him when he had her remake the first incorrect sandwich. As we paid, she was also complaining about her manager and making a pact with her coworker to not rat each other out for things they did wrong. We ended up eating a few bites of the sandwiches, even with them still being incorrect - Im thoroughly convinced something was expired or moldy. We ate no more than 2 bites before we gave up and moved on.
We drove cross country this week and this whole drive we've been in gross trucker stops and fast food joints in the middle of nowhere. I can confidently say this was far worse than any dirty truck stop, ihop, or McDonalds that we have encountered. The employees and cleanliness should be heavily evaluated by corporate.

Hours wrong online or employee lied. Door was unlocked and when I walked in at 8:45 on a Friday the employee told me they don’t open until 9. When I tried to tell her that they need to get it changed online, she was dismissive and acted inconvenienced. Poor attitude. I do not recommend using this establishment

I placed an online order and thought I hit the toasted button but it didn’t go through. I called and asked if they could toast it but they said it was already made cold. I asked if they could toast it but just take off the lettuce and tomato and they refused. I asked if they could just cancel and refund it then and they refused to do that as well. I asked if I could speak to a manager, they said there was none in. When I picked it up apparently the manager refused to do anything as well. Thank you for being super rude Bethany. I have worked at subway and would have had to have listened to the customer and fixed it. I also would never have been even half as rude to a customer. Ive literally had to cut up pickles and banana peppers (I know, crazy) for customers when I was an employee because it was my job to have satisfied customers. What a joke. Do better.

Had issues ordering online and the young lady at the counter was gracious enough to comp our order of two footlongs. I offered to pay and she didn't accept it. Really went above and beyond. In correcting the issue. We have eaten here several times and have never had a bad experience. Thank you so much!

This Subway has the friendliest employees. Also they take coupons. We drive about five miles farther to go to this store. I truly recommend it and the drive is worth it.

Fast fresh food and a friendly staff
Absolute favorite Subway in area! They are so polite an actually make conversation with you. Every employee ive ever interacted with has always been very outgoing.
This is the best sub restaurant.I can always get a great tasting sub.
