Amazing service from Thomas at the Dunkin’ in Cadiz, Ohio!
I stop in often for my iced brown sugar latte, and Thomas always makes it perfect. He’s super friendly, fast, and always has a great attitude — even when they’re busy. You can really tell he cares about getting your order right and giving great customer service. The whole experience is always a little brighter thanks to him. Definitely my favorite Dunkin’ stop! ☕💛

I’ve gotten the donuts multiple times and while they are soft and taste good, the icing is so minimum it’s upsetting. For a donut place expecting fully iced donut seems pretty reasonable.

We ordered black coffee and 5 blueberry donut holes & 5 pumpkin holes. We got coffee with blueberry and pumpkin mixed in it and wrong donut holes. Took it back and coffee was wrong again and all glazed donut holes. Won't be going back!!

I got the maple bacon and avocado toast. The bacon was fatty and gross and the toast was completely burnt. One of the grossest things I’ve ordered in a very long time.

The people are extremely friendly but due to a boil order I haven't been able to try much of the coffee, from what I tried( the cookie dough iced coffee) and the vanilla blueberry iced coffee were good. Next time I'm asking for extra flavoring though. But 5/5
