Really friendly folks. Portions huge. Burger very good. Gnocchi very good. Wings good. Philly Cheesesteak very good. Hush puppies and Fried clam strips! $75 for 4 adults with drinks. And we ordered more food than we needed just because we wanted to try more dishes. Fried bologna sandwich nice nostalgia and only $2

The owner visited our table. What a hoot! Prices were great, food was great. Wings must be great. Sold out both nights before we got there. JP burger is massive and awesome!!! Everything was great, including the $2 fried bologne sandwich 🥪.

I think this is the best place to get a cod platter that we’ve found! Have never had a bad meal at the restaurant either. Service is great and atmosphere is tops also.

I’m sorry, I was not impressed with this restaurant. The place is severely understaffed as only 1 person was running the bar and the dining area. Service was slow for only being a few people there. The bar is out in middle of nowhere, which means it’s mostly locals coming here and does not have a diverse clientele. So the reviews seemed a little too good. This is bar food plain and simple. Nothing spectacular and nothing horrible. My wife had a cheese steak which was made with real steak and not thin sliced. It actually had a real cheese sauce so no mayo or A1 is necessary. The onion rings and hot cheese balls were very good and the spicy ranch was excellent as a dipper. I had the small fish platter with fries and I was shocked to find that the fish is cut up cubed and each piece is breaded. I personally would rather have a single big piece of fish. The fries were limp and soggy and would have benefited from being cooked a little longer. . The atmosphere is very biker bar like. All sodas are in cans, water is charged by the bottle and the ice tea is not brewed fresh and comes in a 1 gallon jug. This is a cash only establishment, so keep your cards in your wallet. There is an ATM on site for a $3 fee. The customers are very friendly and are regulars. Overall, not a bad place, but the 4.7 rating is misleading. The food is decent, the service was slow and there isn’t any atmosphere unless you live there and know everyone.

One of those places that it’s definitely worth the drive!!! There wings are the best wings I’ve ever eaten they are fresh and super crispy!!! Fresh cut fries, huge burgers and massive salads you won’t leave hungry or without a to go container!!!
