The people that work here are rude, they forgot a sandwich I order and they didn't want to give it to me. They look at you like your liying when they do something wrong and you call them out. I've had many issues with this location getting my orders right.

Cadiz OH McDonald's rocks! I stopped for lunch today the fries were nice and hot and salted, they were awsome. Sandwich was special order. It was made fast and hot, no waiting. Good job guys!

I want the lady making the sandwiches grab the cheese with her bare fingers Stick It On the Bun pull the bun back out of a box sticking into another box grab another sandwich with bare hands period was not using any gloves completely unsanitary

Waited 30 minutes in five thru. Finally went in and manager was rude and just said oh were busy. Then gave me a card for something free that expired 2 months ago. I worked fast food for a couple years. I respect what they do but this is all the time at this location.

If I could have chosen zero I would have! Food zero - we all know the jingle 2 all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun. Well this crew needs to retake McDonald's 101! Service - zero. Took them over 15 minutes to replace my Big Mac, and that was only after my angry prompt! Manager on duty finally lit a fire under them! Atmosphere - filthy! Greasy floors, food on floor front to back, Sticky tables, and iffy bathrooms!. This location does mostly drive through so there is no excuse for the lobby and dining room to be negotiated! Other locations have some sort of lobby hostess. Appalling. My advice would be to take your business to Wendy's across the street!
If you value your time or peace of mind do not stop here. We waited a long time for someone to come to the front. When I finally had to ask if someone could please help us. From that point it just went from bad to worse . Life is to short to be treated badly for others mistakes.
