Idk what’s happened with KFC, but seems like they are making a comeback. Visited this location today and the gentleman working was super nice and gave me extra sauce. My chicken sandwich was hot and the fries were amazing. I actually like them better than the wedges. Also, the dining room was really clean and had some really cute decor.

$20 for an 8 piece tender meal. Prices have gone up way too much. They even forgot my biscuit. For $20 I better be getting everything with it. Tenders are also tiny now too. Just like every other fast food restaurant, prices have gone up and portion sizes, quality, and service have gone WAY down.

We stood in line for 20 minutes before we seen anyone come up. Tiffany is yelling at everyone and ignoring the phone. We have been skipped 3 times people after us have been getting served very poor unprofessional customer service I believe some replacements are necessary

(Updated Review as of 3/25/24)I recently tried ordering the KFC app and was truly shocked at the poor service I received simply because I had mobile ordered. I placed my order and went to the drive-thru to pick it up but I was told I would have to leave the line and come into the restaurant to get my order. It seemed silly but I pulled around and went in. They served 3 drive-thru customers and 1 counter customer that arrived after I entered the restaurant before even beginning my order. After waiting around 15-20 minutes I was finally given my order. When I asked if I would have experienced this wait time if I had not used the app I was told that if I had just ordered normally (not in the app) I would have been served first since I had arrived first and could have remained in the drive-thru. I have never had this unacceptable experience when mobile ordering at any other restaurant in my area. I have no doubt that if there had been more than 4 customers to have arrived while I was waiting they would have stopped any attempt to complete my order and served that person instead. This was a terrible and unacceptable way to treat a customer.(Original Review) The popcorn nuggets are great and they have great options for families on a budget
The food was gross. Random people who weren’t working went to the kitchen area to show their newest nose piercing. As I took a bite of my cold potatoes all I could hear was “oh it’s just some dried blood from my nose” .Disgusting.

Didn't have enough extra crispy chicken for a bucket at 6pm. Asked if I wanted a mixed bucket with some original recipe as well. I said no and was told that was my only option. I said I rather have all extra crispy. They did not respond until I said I guess I have to get it mixed. I asked for an extra breast since they can not give me what I wanted and was told they could not do that. I asked if the manager could and the guy said he was the manager and he would get in trouble if he gave me anything for free. I asked for salt and pepper and didn't get any. I also did not get silverware. I am not happy about my experience. Why couldn't I wait for what I wanted (all extra crispy)? It was not even an option. I also did not get my receipt as I was going to do the survey on it .

The staff was friendly, and the service was quick, but the chicken just doesn't seem the same as it was when I was a kid. I like KFC Coleslaw better than other fast-food establishments. Definitely would visit again if I lived in the area.I've noticed most fast-food places have really dropped the ball on food quality over the past several years. Wish they would adopt the food standards of many European countries that have smaller servings but much better quality food.
