Long John Silver's | A&W

I stopped by this place on my way back from East Palestine. The food was fresh, and I had the lobster. The lobster was good, but it is not "real" lobster. It does taste nice and similar to rock or Maine lobster. The price was a little high (nearly $18), but overall, it was worth it. The parking lot is very difficult to navigate.

Dietary restrictions: It's not good if you are allergic to shellfish or fish as most things are cooked in the same fryer.

Parking: The parking lot is all over the place. It is separated by berms and it is placed right against the main road.

Kid-friendliness: Kids like chicken

Wheelchair accessibility: Only had one handicap parking spot.

The online price was wrong. It was to be 1.99 for 1 piece fish meal. It came up 3.89. I ordered it anyway because I thought it would change in the checkout. It didn't. The staff did make it right by doubling the order

I just went thru the drive thru and got a #10 and #11. The fish, chicken, and shrimp were all overcooked. Hard as a rock! I got waffle fries that were hard as a rock. And the coleslaw, which USED to be my favorite, had big chunks of cabbage. Overall I was disgusted with my meals. After spending $33.xx on our meals, we will NEVER go here again. I even tried calling them and they won't answer their phone.

First the rice was hard so it was uncooked.
Second the hushpuppies were so OVER cooked I couldn't even eat them they were hard as rocks.
Last but not least they put coleslaw mixed in with the rice.
Wanted extra rice said they were out but had enoght for one order not for the extra,so I said hushpuppies and they didn't put in instead they mixed coleslaw in the rice. So very upset because we love Long John Silvers...

Horrible food... went thur drive thu..people were nice.. but forgot fries for order.. hushpuppies were under cooked.. fish and shrimp weren't much better.. they weren't even busy... it used to be a great restaurant... I was completely unsatisfied.. 2/10
