The little brunette working the drive thru window is rude as hell. We go there a lot and don't have any issues with service. But the last two times we've had this girl and she's just plain rude!

Pretty nasty overall. The general manager that identified as "Barb" was very rude. Our food was ICE cold and not made how we had ordered it. With a smirk on her face refusing to remedy the situation. Very unprofessional. Never going to do business with ANY Taco Bell going forward and will suggest to others not to as well seeing as their new "updated" system no longer services the customer.

Extremely toxic customer service. I have seen them argue with customers, lie and they won't even serve me/ take my order after my second visit and I've been nothing but polite. Horrible communication and even worse food.
They'll get your order wrong often and if they don't like you in particular they will recognize you and spit in your food. Discrimination and pettiness is all to be expected here.

im glad that my tacos had very little of anything on it, i have ordered here multiple times and every time my order gets messed up, i asked for mild sauce and got fire sauce, the 2 tacos i got tonight didnt have very much meat,lettuce, or cheese on it, worst taco bell i have been to
