Very poor behavior on multiple occasions to the point that I do not want to patronize this business any further. It was totally disorganized, I paid for my order and then waited a long time at the window just to have another guy come up and ask for me to pay. He proceeded to ask me what I was waiting for, and I had to say that I'm waiting for my food...
Another occasion, I decided to give them a chance, and had pulled up at 7:30p looking to order a kid's meal, with a completely empty drive through line, just to be told by a girl, they are totally backed up and will not take any orders except for ice cream. And when I asked when they would not be backed up any further, another guy jumped on the speaker, nearly yelling, not till close they close at 8. I was in awe at the lack of professionalism. It's a shame that this small town dairy queen is being so poorly managed. There was not one single vehicle in the drive-thru line. How do their employees get to act like this?

This is a place where I will definitely come to eat in this small town every year or two. I really like the small corner outside the store. It feels different every time I come here. The point is, the burger I ordered today is quite to my liking.
I’m very disappointed with the service here. My father ordered a hot fudge Sunday through the drive thru and when he opened it, it went everywhere on his clothes and vehicle because it was so full. When he told the girl that was working what happened she failed to provide any kind of customer service, no napkins were offered or anything, she just stood there and laughed, even after he expressed that he did not find it funny. Unfortunately I don’t know who the girl is or her name so I can’t report her to the owner directly. I’m very disappointed with how rude and inconsiderate this employee has acted.

I went to DQ ordered 2 chili dogs on 2 for $5 menu, even stating 2 for $5. They totaled my order at $6.38. Even with items advertised as 2 for $5 you aren't getting it. I asked for a receipt they had printed off my credit card payment and wouldn't tell me why they are charging an extra$1.38. They need to change the price on their menu. You can't trust local businesses anymore. A hot dog sandwich for $3.19 each even with inflation its just a hot dog sandwich. They didn't even put extra chili on it. Marked it up but on their drive thru sign it still states 2 for $5. One star service at best!

When I say no mayonnaise I do not expect to have mayonnaise on my sandwich and when I say I want cheese and onions on my chili dog I expect to have both which I didn't So next time get it right
