I had a coupon 3 subs for 17 something. I got 3 subs and went to use coupon and she said it's not working. The date on coupon was good . So I said you don't accept coupons she said we'll it's not working. No explanation at all. Couldn't tell me anything. Very poor service.

Customer service is great!! The food is always good. It's right off the interstate so it's very easy to get back on. And it's connected to a gas station.
Had a to go order and both subs were toasted and no cheese. The receipt said cheese and non toasted. I call in to inform them and the lady proceeds to argue with me and say she’s the owners wife and she made the sandwiches and knows there was cheese on them. Then proceeds to hang up on me. Very unprofessional location

Ordered food about 7pm (don't close til 10). Bread was old and chewy. Was out of multiple things. The girls working just straight acted like it was a chore to wait on me and my two kids. I'm a local, but I'd rather drive 20 minutes up the road to Buffalo if I was subway again.
