Ordered no sour cream on all my food and got sour cream on everything. Plus it's like the food is bland and like it was made and was sitting under heat lamp.
In this era of soaring prices, this place is reasonably priced, but the portion is a bit small, for me.

Understaffed to the point I honestly don’t know if they are open or closed.
20 min waiting in drive through, then I left. Online hours are 2AM, it’s 11:50 at the moment.
The guy taking the trash out completely ignored me, and didn’t bother to tell me if they are closed or to ask someone to take my order, or to turn the drive through screens off.
Bad service all around.

Staff decides to say systems are down just because they’re lazy. You are open until 1 am, yet happen to be having complications by 11pm every night. Absolutely ridiculous!

Me and my bf are truckers and we stop for our 30mnt break. We got to this place at 8pm . When we got there all the door to the lobby were closed, so we figured that since they only had 1 car in the driver thro we can order there but Nop the lady told us we cannot order on foot and also they don’t accept no online orders. So how do you guys expect Truckers to actually eat? And we don’t normally buy food out because we buy groceries and we cook our own meals. The only reason we were there it’s because he was tired and I had really bad cramps. As someone who have love ones on the road I find it really stupid and unfair to any truckers out there.

I asked for taco sauce and salt in the drive thru, I did not get it, I had to go back in to and get it.
I approached this Taco Bell at 10:50pm on July 3rd, 2024. It didn’t look like much on the outside but I was greeted by a kind voice at the drive through window which already put me in high spirits. I ordered 2 Crunchwrap supremes. When I received these in the bag they perfectly hot which is not always a guarantee at other Taco Bell’s. I proceeded to take the first bite and it was a flavor explosion, picture that one scene in ratatouille. It was full of ingredients and tasted perfectly spiced. Every bite I questioned whether this was a gourmet meal or I really did just picked this up from a Taco Bell. Compliments to the chef!

Placed a mobile order…my fault for not checking it. However it was missing half the order, and of course the most expensive items were the ones missing. I have reached out twice to get refunded for this issues. And NOBODY has replied to me. HORRIBLE customer service for the lack of response.
