One of the worse Taco Bell’s, Order is never right foods always cold. Can’t even put the sauce in the bag. Don’t know why I keep letting them disappoint just drive to Cambridge it would be worth the trip.

This place is unreal. I ordered a quesadilla with sour cream. Anytime I've done this, the sour cream is a dipping sauce...not cooked into the quesadilla. I went back in to get a dipping sauce of sour cream. They would NOT give me a cup unless I paid extra. Argued with 2 people. I had already paid extra. They were rude and nasty to me over a cup of sour cream. On a side note, the bathroom was disgusting as well. If you're traveling, avoid this one.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding the unprofessional behavior and constant drama among the staff at the Taco Bell. I have observed numerous instances where employees have engaged in behavior that falls far short of expected professional standards.Specifically, a general lack of respect for other coworkers failing to confront something negative they want to say to ones face. I’ve observed they would much rather criticize them behind his/her back. This ongoing drama has created a negative atmosphere, making it uncomfortable for both customers and, I imagine, for other staff members trying to do their jobs. I believe that addressing these issues is crucial for the overall improvement of the store's environment and customer experience. It is my sincere hope that management will take steps to foster a more professional and respectful workplace. That’s never going to happen when every employee here is afraid of change.

I ordered a 9 dollor box was waiting for 30 minutes and when I went up to ask about it, she said I don’t care food has to cook and shrugs her shoulders and got mad after so I peed all over the bathroom bc that dumb girl deserves to clean it up bc she’s dumb and should get fired!!!🤯🤯🤯

If had to pick a zero star thats what i would have done the meat was sour and my crunch rap was as hard as a brick i couldn't even eat it absolutely unacceptable and i called to try to make it right they would not the manager was disrespectful and tried to tell me that it was made fresh so over it

I just stopped at a Taco Bell and got the cantina chicken bowl. The place looks really clean. The people are really friendly. My only complaint is they did not add the sour cream to the bowl so I’m a little disappointed, but I still gave them five stars.
