Well we just left there and obviously not tonight our little party of 3 just had the the shittiest experience ever had to wait 3 hours in a limited menu then the food just sucked big time I watched them double bake our pizza after it set for probably 10 min (don't think that I didn't see that )as a cook it should of even come close to looking like it did..you say you were short staffed bit 6 people that I seen in the kitchen only cooking a limited menu (ridiculous) and if the owner was actually in the buling shame on you for running this establishment this way we will never come back i hate to say this about any business thanks for 1 round of drinks for the wait but it should been the whole meal

Went there on a Friday night..we had excellent service.. excellent food..only complaint was the music was a little loud..
might not have cranked it up just a little bit later..but it's a bar..will definitely be back next week..we tried the fillet..going for the ribeye next visit!

We had Jessica as our waitress twice, both times she made us feel like family w her sweet personality, speedy service and welcoming nature! She even gave us great wise life advice while we were venting! Our friend drives a hour just for the house made fettuccine Alfredo! The Friday night steak is to die for, and the cheesy garlic bread is to live for! 100% highly recommend!

The food here was amazing. The service was rediculous. We waited 1 hour and 25 minutes for our food. At least 3 tables of people came in 25 or 30 minutes after us and got their food ate and left before we got ours. Talked to the manager and she was a little rude. Said it was always like that. ?. Sharon’s steak was cooked wrong and the manager didn’t want to make it right but finally agreed to remake her steak. The manager said she would discount our food but decided because they fixed another steak that should make things right. She finally did give us a discount but was not happy about it. Sad night. All ended well but will not go back.

Matt Douds, who owns and operates Bowstring, is a one of a kind. He's kind and compassionate, and the proof is in the pudding. Prices were amazing, and the food was even better. If you haven't tried it, your loss.

The food is fantastic, & the pizza here beats the 2 pizza places in this small town. The service is a bit lacking but only due to being understaffed I presume. I've never experienced any of the live shows or have drank to excess here so I can't really speak to that, but the tire marks on the road out front suggest things may get a bit rowdy here at night at times, though I cant confirm.
