The female bartender with dark hair is very slow with service I've been in there 3 times and she's been slow every time. The first time there was only 5 people in the bar and it literally took her 45 minutes to ask me what I wanted to drink and I had to go ask her for another drink she blew me off like she was busy but she was just talking. It's not a bad place to go other than that. So if your looking for a place to sit down with no service go there I guess

Was seated then forgot about. After 10-15 minutes had to flag someone down just to get drinks. The steak was the best ever though, cooked just right and tasted amazing!

I have heard good things about this place and I was very eager to try the food. Sadly, like many places out there, the experience was very lackluster.The bartender? Was pretty clueless and I had to explain a very simple pizza order 3 times to be understood. 40 minutes later, despite being the only food order on the entire restaurant. No food. Even with 4 employees standing 15 feet away looking over the sea of maybe 7 total customers, none of them bothered to even pick up on the 1 order that was turned in.The lack of awareness and care is from top down. Too many times staff are lazy or just clueless to basic customer service and accountability. This is a systemic problem that current restaurant owners/managers are not dealing with or are too lazy to train against.Do better Bowstring. Its not enough to say there was a mix up with the order 30 minutes in and proceed to tell me a large pizza made from strach will be 10 more minutes and after 5 minutes I see it still being made...Nevermind. You literally had 1 job and massively failed. You were not busy. You were staffed. You were standing around, unaware of the few customers you actually had. Way too many other places to go and get served.
We had 13 come in for dinner. It was busy. But there was tables and we did not need to all sit together. 5 of us stood there for over 5 minutes without being recognized. I asked the bar keep if someone will address us. He was pretty rude to me. We are busy. We will get to you. Just hold on. Ok thank you. I just was never here before and did not know procedure. Once seated, our drink order was taken by the owner. Then a waitress came and got food order. Kitchen was on top of it. Food was good and hot when it arrived. A nice menu to please everyone. Prices were reasonable.Parking is mostly off site. There is a very small lot. We were on motorcycles so we parked next to the building.Restroom was clean and not smelly. Looks like they may have live entertainment on some days. There is a stage. Large bar.Service was slow. Just being honest. But we were with friends so it worked out. I would come back for sure.

Awesome place, great food, I had the stromboli and it was very good. Down side we were seated by a a lady that wasn't a normal server and we were I guess forgot but after we got their attention the service was good. I will definitely go back.

Mozzarella chunks, Pretzel bites, and beer cheese were amazing! The best I ever had compared to any restaurants. Ordered the Reuben the best I ever had. The Stromboli was good, like a normal Stromboli. The purple haze was good, especially if you like grapes.

Food was great and I really liked the look and style they were going for definitely felt like somewhere I could go often until our server came ( meaghan) she was really mean to my girlfriend and seemed like she had an attitude as soon as we sat down I still left a tip because I don’t know her story or if there was something going on that day. It was definitely something neither of us were expecting. It was almost like we were annoyance. If it wasn’t for the server, I would 100% give the place five stars.

This is a highly recommended spot for a delicious lunch or dinner with friends and family. The real winner is their Ohio-made cocktail made with Buckeye Vodka! The food is amazing, and the people behind the bar are even better!
