Insanely slow service. Management can seem to properly staff the store.

Ordered coffee, it came out cold. I sent it back, got a second cold cup.

Food took well over 30 minutes to arrive.

Will be avoiding this location in the future

The first thing I noticed was a manager clearly not caring about the service or the servers. She was sitting at a table most of the time holding her baby, as I found out while watching her bring the baby with her when one of the servers had an issue at the computer. She clearly never helped any server & our server was young & had too many tables for one to handle. We waited 40 min. for our breakfast, & I had to ask a hostess for more coffee. Our food came out half warm because our server could not keep up. I have worked in the food industry & by the looks of the food under that warmer, everyone in there should have complained. That manager (brunette, medium build, late 20's possibly 30's) needs fired or re-trained. Very unprofessional & I felt sorry for the servers. Bob Evans, do better!! I will not be back at the Cambridge location.

We used to eat at Bob Evans in Cambridge all the time until now! Our last experience with them was horrible. We got our order to go and waited 15 minutes past time. The broccoli was raw and not cooked, the chicken was burnt, rolls were hard as a rock and they forgot our dessert! Worst meal ever and won't go back!

Called to place an order at 1:35 p.m when my call was answered, I was asked to hold. I waited 10 minutes. Decided to hang up. Thinking they may be busy. Called again at 1:45. They answered asking me to hold. Again another 10 minutes. I was wanting to place an order so that I could pick order up shortly after work. Waited 5 minutes and called again, the same lady answered, very rude and short with me and told me it's going to be a 30 minute wait. All I wanted was a family size order of biscuits and gravy. The lady was not pleasant. She acted like I was bothering her. I worked at Bob Evans before. Customers come first. They are the reason you have a job, not to mention, you should always have respect for your customers. I can't believe how people are these days. I have called before and got there and had to wait at least 20 minutes for my order although I called ahead at least 30 minutes. This restaurant has really went down hill. I believe you should remind your employees that cell phones need put away and the customers are the reason you have a job. I called on 7/9/25 at 1:35. This lady should Not be working with the public!!!
