We used to eat at Bob Evans in Cambridge all the time until now! Our last experience with them was horrible. We got our order to go and waited 15 minutes past time. The broccoli was raw and not cooked, the chicken was burnt, rolls were hard as a rock and they forgot our dessert! Worst meal ever and won't go back!

Called to place an order at 1:35 p.m when my call was answered, I was asked to hold. I waited 10 minutes. Decided to hang up. Thinking they may be busy. Called again at 1:45. They answered asking me to hold. Again another 10 minutes. I was wanting to place an order so that I could pick order up shortly after work. Waited 5 minutes and called again, the same lady answered, very rude and short with me and told me it's going to be a 30 minute wait. All I wanted was a family size order of biscuits and gravy. The lady was not pleasant. She acted like I was bothering her. I worked at Bob Evans before. Customers come first. They are the reason you have a job, not to mention, you should always have respect for your customers. I can't believe how people are these days. I have called before and got there and had to wait at least 20 minutes for my order although I called ahead at least 30 minutes. This restaurant has really went down hill. I believe you should remind your employees that cell phones need put away and the customers are the reason you have a job. I called on 7/9/25 at 1:35. This lady should Not be working with the public!!!

The hostess that seatrd us was not very friendly. Never smiled and did not welcome us. Also, the front reception area was completely empty when we atrived but we had to wait almost 20 minutes for someone to appear and seat us. Arrival time was 11:18 am.

We placed an order online. Our children went and picked up the order that was supposed to be ready by 4:16 and wasn’t brought out until 4:38. We live about 15 minutes from there and everything was cold. I was already upset because they added a $12 tip on there. That’s my decision on how much the tip should be. They weren’t refilling our drinks or clearing off our table. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed.

You never leave full here. The portions aren't big enough. I can't even imagine getting a dinner bell plate because a regular plate isn't enough! The food is amazing. The taste is great but you just don't leave feeling full.

Ordered a holiday meal for Christmas and was very pleased with the food except the cranberry relish came in the little containers that they send butter in and it wasn't even a spoon full even Ordered extra because the family likes it that much for the price of the meal it could have came in the same container that they send the rest of the meals come in.
