My server went to great lengths to ensure my lunch had no dairy.

Waited alone with my wife in the lobby to be seated. Watched as workers walked by us without even a greeting. Walked out and headed to another place. Spent $22.92 at that place

Waitress was slow. Served someone else first that came in after me. Took a while to take our order. Took a while to get our food. It wasn't that busy.

Great food, awesome service!Top it off, my daughter lost her Giraffe in the bathroom, and they kept him safely up until I got him the next day.Thankfully she has so many other giraffes, but she was glad she got him back.Anywho.. thanks to the awesome staff that day...

Worst one so far. I've seen bigger portion sizes in a Happy Meal. 2 small broccoli tips is a side? 3 chicken tender the size of my thumb, and 15 fries. Don't waste your money, a peanut butter and jelly sandwich would be more filling. SMH won't be back.

My family eat Thanksgiving there and the food was not as good as we thought it would be a lot of it went to waste. I wasted our money on that dinner sorry just telling the truth.

Whenever I get out to the Midwest, I always stop at my favorite Bob Evans in Cambridge, Ohio. I've only ever found one place, local to me in NJ that comes fairly close to Bob Evans Sausage Gravy. Nothing, though, beats the real thing.

So disappointing. We try to go to bobs from time to time hoping it will be better than last time. We love Bob Evans...or used to. Just not very good food. They seat everyone together and do not utilize the entire restaurant. Oh and be sure to request your salad to come before your meal, new policy is to bring with the meal. Watch for unadvertised up charges as well. Would like to know wtf happened to the fried chicken??? It's just bad. Taste like its microwaved and in the past was my go to comfort meal. Chicken and noodles are normally tasteless. Last Tuesday tried a bob evens in Columbus thinking again, it might be better than Cambridge??? Nope. Never again. I get tired of wasting my time and money. Its a shame. It could be good again!!

Breakfast is great here. Standard Bob Evans food. I have gone to the restaurant twice now for dinner though. Neither time was I greeted or even recognized. The same woman behind the counter did her best not to see me. Terrible evening staff but the morning staff keeps my review above a 1 star.

Ordered carry out tonight and boy were we disappointed. The meals were very skimpy, and thrown together haphazardly. They were also lukewarm. Some Bob Evan's are very good; this is not one of them.

It's Bob Evans.!! however I am extremely saddened that they removed the fried mush, and now grits from the menu.

You know what makes most food good? It has to be hot or at least mildly warm.5 of us ate here and there wasnt anything even close to being hot. The Ice water was the best part of the meal.
