Do not eat here! I had placed an order of 6 hot wings and they gave me some other kind, I called in a girl name Paige answered the phone and said they would not replace it and hung up on me. Then I called back Bryce, the gm said he’s been there 18 years and would not replace my order either. Was very rude and food was gross. Will never order from here again.

The chicken wasn't completely cooked in either item, Nashville spicy sandwich and honey BBQ salad. The salad also had spoiled lettuce. This is the 2nd time I've ordered from them and the 2nd time I had to throw my food away. I will never order food there again.

Slow service with cold food. We frequent B-Dubs weekly/ biweekly and this is the worst is has been. We waited 10 minutes foe drinks (nom alcoholic just water and yea). Half our food came out and 10 minutes later the other half came cold. They were steady but not busy.
Visited on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. Overall, a great experience.

Service was great but food was once again disappointing. We waited what seemed like forever on the kitchen and the wings came out like rubber and cold like it wasn’t even under a heat lamp but just sitting on the counter for a hour

I am a regular traveling visitor. The food and face to face service is always as expected or above average. If you order “take out” you have to specifically ask for (and check for) eating utensils. I have ordered “to go” food from the bar about 30 times, and it’s norm not to get napkins or eating utensils, which is a problem if you are in a hotel. If I remember to ask, it’s no problem. I usually don’t (my fault). Tonight, no requested sauces, ketchup, plastic utensils, or napkins came in the bag. Food was good and service at the bar great (Jamie).
Ask for and check for utensils and your sauces because I think it’s normal practice for them not to pack them.
