Ordered online. My order was ready when I arrived. Server/cashier was nice and efficient. My galic parm wings (all flats,) were way over cooked. The barbecue wings, I ordered a regular order and they came as all drumettes and way over cooked. One little wing was so hard and well done that we couldn't even eat it. Soooooo disappointed.

Buffalo chicken salad was a huge disappointment. Nothing but raw salad with buffalo chicken section (3) on top. No salad dressing, no knife to cut up the chicken pieces. Sorry excuse for a salad. When I finally was given a knife, it was a butter knife not capable of cutting the chicken.

Probably the worst service experience. The drinks ordered were wrong and I was still charged for it. When our food finally came out the "wings" looked more like frog legs or already eaten wings with no meat on them and were ice cold , everything about this B-Dubs is absolutely horrible, the manager hid in the kitchen and kept peaking out once realizing there was a problem. A $104 bill and only a burger was consumed everything else was wrong or cold and went to waste and we were still charged. 👎👎👎

The food was really good and the service was ok. I went with family and we got there early so it wasn’t busy. Not exactly my kind of atmosphere but we’re definitely going back for the drafts and appetizers.

Waitress talked to her friends half the time the half she was on her phone. Took an hour and a half for food to come out. Food came out wrong. The table of her friends that came in after us got their food pretty quick but the other 3 tables it took over an hour. I know the other tables complained and got food discount as well. For 16 wings, fries and a salad there is no reason we should of been there over 2 hours. Every other section was moving pretty quick so not sure why ours was so slow.

Yeah. I'm pretty well done with y'all. Every time I go to a buffalo wild wings it doesn't matter what city or state they are all the same. I either get charged extra for drinks or food I didn't order. Last night I was going to use a rewardedOffers for a free 6 piece chicken nuggets and they never took my number for it. So yeah I'm done with BWW.

Great B Dubs in a the friendly small Appalachian town of Cambridge Ohio. Some of the nicest servers and staff of any restaurant I’ve ever been to. The food and service is top shelf compared to other B dubs I’ve been to. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.
We have placed 2 large pick up orders recently. Both times the food has been perfect, and both have been correct!!! It’s been great. I can’t recommend them enough!!! They are what other BWW should be judged against

We went to the location in New Philadelphia last night, and figured we’d try Cambridge, and it was worse :( the wings & fries were so hard and cold and this was at 3:30pm… food came quick but was horrible. Son and I need a refill but waitress hasn’t been back in about 20 mins.. 0/10
This chain is slowly dying. The staff is always horrible and never makes the food with love & the staff doesn’t treat guests with concern.
