I am a regular traveling visitor. The food and face to face service is always as expected or above average. If you order “take out” you have to specifically ask for (and check for) eating utensils. I have ordered “to go” food from the bar about 30 times, and it’s norm not to get napkins or eating utensils, which is a problem if you are in a hotel. If I remember to ask, it’s no problem. I usually don’t (my fault). Tonight, no requested sauces, ketchup, plastic utensils, or napkins came in the bag. Food was good and service at the bar great (Jamie).
Ask for and check for utensils and your sauces because I think it’s normal practice for them not to pack them.

Got the spicy garlic wings, and boy oh boy were they spicy, delicious, but spicy, definitely recommend them

The food was great. Service was fantastic about my dietary restrictions, but our waitress was really slow and kept disappearing for long periods of time. (I should note this was around lunch and there were two other tables and one gentleman at the bar). I’d recommend this location for the food and their care/importance of dietary restrictions, but I’d recommend only going if you have no where to be for the next hour and a half to two hours. Giving 5 stars because of how great they were at accommodating me and being diligent about my dietary restrictions!
Dietary/GF service: They were able to accommodate my dietary restrictions, even though they don’t have a gluten free menu. I actually didn’t plan on eating, because in the past I’ve found nothing I could eat there (years ago). Now, they offer “naked tenders.” They are grilled chicken strips instead of fried. I actually ended up getting a grilled chicken wrap without the wrap and ate it like a salad, which was really good. The cook brought out of my food and explained everything he did to be preventative.

Ordered online. My order was ready when I arrived. Server/cashier was nice and efficient. My galic parm wings (all flats,) were way over cooked. The barbecue wings, I ordered a regular order and they came as all drumettes and way over cooked. One little wing was so hard and well done that we couldn't even eat it. Soooooo disappointed.

Buffalo chicken salad was a huge disappointment. Nothing but raw salad with buffalo chicken section (3) on top. No salad dressing, no knife to cut up the chicken pieces. Sorry excuse for a salad. When I finally was given a knife, it was a butter knife not capable of cutting the chicken.

Probably the worst service experience. The drinks ordered were wrong and I was still charged for it. When our food finally came out the "wings" looked more like frog legs or already eaten wings with no meat on them and were ice cold , everything about this B-Dubs is absolutely horrible, the manager hid in the kitchen and kept peaking out once realizing there was a problem. A $104 bill and only a burger was consumed everything else was wrong or cold and went to waste and we were still charged. 👎👎👎

Food is good but get rid of the BBQ ranch sauce it's terrible
The food was really good and the service was ok. I went with family and we got there early so it wasn’t busy. Not exactly my kind of atmosphere but we’re definitely going back for the drafts and appetizers.

Waitress talked to her friends half the time the half she was on her phone. Took an hour and a half for food to come out. Food came out wrong. The table of her friends that came in after us got their food pretty quick but the other 3 tables it took over an hour. I know the other tables complained and got food discount as well. For 16 wings, fries and a salad there is no reason we should of been there over 2 hours. Every other section was moving pretty quick so not sure why ours was so slow.

Yeah. I'm pretty well done with y'all. Every time I go to a buffalo wild wings it doesn't matter what city or state they are all the same. I either get charged extra for drinks or food I didn't order. Last night I was going to use a rewardedOffers for a free 6 piece chicken nuggets and they never took my number for it. So yeah I'm done with BWW.

Great B Dubs in a the friendly small Appalachian town of Cambridge Ohio. Some of the nicest servers and staff of any restaurant I’ve ever been to. The food and service is top shelf compared to other B dubs I’ve been to. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.
