I am a regular traveling visitor. The food and face to face service is always as expected or above average. If you order “take out” you have to specifically ask for (and check for) eating utensils. I have ordered “to go” food from the bar about 30 times, and it’s norm not to get napkins or eating utensils, which is a problem if you are in a hotel. If I remember to ask, it’s no problem. The food was great. Service was fantastic about my dietary restrictions, but our waitress was really slow and kept disappearing for long periods of time. (I should note this was around lunch and there were two other tables and one gentleman at the bar). I’d recommend this location for the food and their care/importance of dietary restrictions, but I’d recommend only going if you have no where to be for the next hour and a half to two hours. The food was really good and the service was ok. I went with family and we got there early so it wasn’t busy. Not exactly my kind of atmosphere but we’re definitely going back for the drafts and appetizers.
