I orderes from door dash and I got a Bacan and Swiss Royal chicken sandwich a large order of onion rings and a large coke zero. First off, I didn't even receive my coke zero. 2nd, it literally says in the description of the sandwh8ch that it comes with bacon, lettuce and tomatoes. I didn't get any of that all I got was what I added onto tye sandwich which was cheese, sub mayo, and pickles. I ADDED those items I didn't ONLY want them. So tell me why there's no bacon, lettuce and tomatoes on my sandwich. Like can you guys not read?!!
I got a whopper at this establishment and it tasted like cardboard and ii was very dry like it sat out for a long time...at at McDonald's you get a fresh sandwich...I will never go back here again...Save yr money folks..

Everything is usually cold..I don't remember the last time I received fresh , hot fries , and now the sandwiches seem to be thrown together and cold ! I think I have had my fill with Burger King ! I think South Side is better than the others but the price you pay means if it is supposed to be hot , then don't dare hand me out cold food , but you just don't care enough to make my meal satisfying..too bad Burger King because now I'm staying away for awhile !

Bk discontinued the stacker sandwich but brought the sauce back for a limited time with their melts. Asked if I could add stacker sauce to a cheeseburger and they refused. Which is weird because they had done it several times recently. The drive thru line was at least 10 cars back and I asked if they could cancel my order as well. They refused and were beyond rude. Waited 25 minutes for some crusty hour old sloppy sandwich.
