This is the chipotle I remember!! I was starting to lose faith in this chain, so many have lost quality in food and atmosphere and it’s been so hit or miss these days- this place gave great portions (didn’t overfill rice, a good scoop of protein) and was clean with great service! I wish every chipotle was like this one!

I got a small ass burrito the size of a baseball technically and the I bite into it and the rice isn’t even done. Y’all need to get new workers or do something actually right.

This resto was way more better than the one we have in grove city, the servings are not too small.

how can a place mess up an order that bad and have bad delivery. please actually pay attention to your orders instead of shoving random shit in food and sending it off cold.

Received small portions and missing items this time, even worse than the Zane street location

This place is hit or miss. The restaurant is clean most days. The food is either burnt or cold, but they give great portions. The fajita veggies are always slimy. The rice always has hard uncooked pieces throughout. You want chips that aren't stale? Never gonna happen. The team members always rush you and just throw your food around in the bowl. I understand that it's a higher up thing but it sucks as a customer.

This is the most stingy Chipotle I have been to half scoop of rice half scoop of beans half scoop of chicken barley any sour cream and very little cheese the employees act like they buy all the food to prepare at least the Chipotle in Zanesville gives you your money's worth I think I'll start going there for now on

I have visited this location a couple of the times the last few weeks. And each time I have been there I have had a very friendly experience with the associates. The food has been great! The food quality has been fresh with each purchase I made. Keep up the great work!
