I’ve always loved going to CB, but can honestly say that I hate the rebrand. I hate the smaller portions, the tables without games, and the candles. I miss the old stuff on the walls, the character and charm that was part of the tradition of going there. I miss the old paper menus and the silverware wrapped up in napkins. The new menus are sterile plastic covered things with a logo that looks like Denny’s, only more expensive. I love the old time music playing in the background, because that’s what I was raised on. It’s nostalgic and thats what I don’t want to disappear. The CB that I stopped at while traveling hadn’t changed the sign out front, and the rockers were still there, but when they go away, so will I. I’ll just go back to Bob Evans or IHOP. Listen to your base and keep things status quo…cancel that CEO who clearly doesn’t know what your customers want.

An ok experience. That’s it, the whole place is the most ok food, service and atmosphere. Still good though. Just nothing to make a person say “damn I need some Cracker Barrel.

Really don't care about the logo but shocked at the huge price increase on everything!! No longer a restaurant to get a decent value meal. So sad☹️

The food has become bland and tasteless. Im done with all cracker barrels. I thought they couldnt mess up breakfast. I wad wrong

Food was great. Our waitress was amazing.

Dining room was almost empty and our waitress was nice enough until we asked for Grilled Sourdough Bread. She ranted about getting the manager to explain that was an extra cost. We mentioned we had received GSB in the past without fanfare or cost.

The food was absolutely awful they made me grits and made them with cold water and they were big lumps it was absolutely disgusting. I'm never coming back to cracker barrel again

Our Server was Maybeline. She was so friendly and personable. We really enjoyed her. Everything else was fine. Cashier was very friendly as well. Have traveled on I77 many times, this is the first time we stopped in and we will definetly be back.
