Seemed a little short staffed. Had to wait about five minutes to get service at the counter. Thought we would avoid the long car line. Noticed one employee at a table on a break which would explain the lack of a person working the counter. But, our chilli cheese dogs and blizzards were up to standard.

The number one job of any DQ location is to have two flavors of ice cream on hand at all times + Vanilla and Chocolate. Although not technically ice cream, it is DQ's core business. When one of these is missing, it is a management problem, not a supply issue. Have experienced this before at this location, which is unacceptable.

Got a number 2 with onions rings and my son a hot dog kids meal in the drive through and told me to pull out back they will bring it out to me there was no line in front of me and one car behind me waited like 15 mins for a soggy mess of a double cheese burger I'm beyond po I work hard for money don't recommend at all idk why I try there every so often

Awful experience all around. Ordered thru DoorDash because I’m working long hours and can’t leave, food isn’t even right. Items weren’t with my order and all the “manager” can say is I can give you a coupon for a free meal… food that was delivered was cold and had something fuzzy stuck to it. I won’t be back.

We ordered blizzards. The toppings were only in the top. Most of the blizzards was just vanilla ice cream. Extremely slow drive through. We won't bother to go back.

Isaiah at the front, was amazingly friendly and got me the best way to make my order. I saw him to be a outstanding team member. The food was almost rite, only fries and some ranch missing. Great group of people working.
Don't expect to be able to eat a TO-GO sunday in the vehicle. Soon as the *larger* lid comes off the *smaller* bottom, it's overflowing all over you and anything else by you. Then they only give ya TWO napkins to boot. Plus, the french fries were soggy.

Understaffed and undertrained- food (chicken, fries, onion rings, sandwiches) is disgusting. Restaurant is dirty and in disrepair. the condiments and napkins and everything are behind the counter and the workers are too busy to get them. I feel bad for the one young girl who knew what she was doing, she was doing everything! Another lady taking orders was nice, didn’t know how to apply coupons from app. Definitely stick to ice cream if anything,
