This is by far the best dunkin I’ve ever been too. I always get my coffee on the way to school and the employees are always so nice! They make my coffee perfect to the point where I like no other dunkin but this one!! Always have a good experience there!

I was a walk-in, it wasn’t busy. Coffee was good. Ordered avocado toast with added bacon to go. Got down the road to eat my avocado toast. And there’s no bacon. Turn around and go back. Fella at the counter was courteous and told me he’d be right out with my order. Received my order for the second time, checked it. There was bacon on it. Left the promise again. Went to eat my avocado toast. The bread wasn’t toasted. It was just plain bread with avocado and bacon.🙄 when the order is simple, due diligence will make or break a business. I won’t be back to that Dunkin’ Donuts branch.

The Zanesville store is better. Ordered through DoorDash, they didn’t have the new munchkins, so I went with a dozen donuts. Ordered 8 surprise, 1 Boston crème, and 3 blueberry. We got a random box of custard filled and iced donuts, not a single blueberry or Boston crème. They also tried to close on the dasher when she got there 5 minutes before they closed. The donuts were also stale and hard. Horrible!

Ordered 4 vanilla creme donuts on our way home from Salt Fork. The had to be the worst donuts filled with a dime size bit of vanilla creme…. Felt like eating an air pocket!! If we had eaten there, I would have returned them!! Worst ones ever!! Sad cause the employees were very sweet!

We stopped for coffee and a donut. There were seven people behind the counter. The tables were all dirty. There was loud music playing to the extent that the server couldn't hear or order. We had to repeat everything twice. I finally suggested that they consider turning the volume down so they could hear their customers. I don't see how this place survives. Too bad. It's a brand new facility. Just poorly run.

Went inside to grab my order, and no one acknowledged me. I was going to order food, but the people working were more concerned about the conversation they were having on their headsets than providing service.
we had a pick up order and waited over half an hour for 2 coffees and 4 donuts. we had to ask an employee for our order and they seemed very upset about it. one of the coffees was made wrong and the gave us a wrong doughnut. i know its that big of a deal but for waiting over half an hour nothing she be messed up. the staff all look incredibly irritated and grouchy especially with each other. and we weren't the only ones who had to ask for their pickup order the were setting them so farback on the counter you couldn’t see them instead of putting them on the actual pick up station.
