we had a pick up order and waited over half an hour for 2 coffees and 4 donuts. we had to ask an employee for our order and they seemed very upset about it. one of the coffees was made wrong and the gave us a wrong doughnut. i know its that big of a deal but for waiting over half an hour nothing she be messed up. the staff all look incredibly irritated and grouchy especially with each other. and we weren't the only ones who had to ask for their pickup order the were setting them so farback on the counter you couldn’t see them instead of putting them on the actual pick up station.

Zoey is horrible she left her intercom on and was talking about other employees new employees it is sad they allow her to be manger and talk about others that way I left the drive thru and my heart goes out to them employees there Cambridge you can do better me and my family will never come back there

The best cup of coffee I have had in a long time, I wished I got a larger size. This is our second visit there while traveling through and it won't be our last. The staff was friendly and helpful, the building was clean and tidy. I got the sourdough breakfast sandwich (it's big), it was yummy! My husband got sweet pepper bacon on a croissant and of course munchkins for the dogs!

I ordered a frozen hot chocolate with caramel swirl and they blatantly lied to me and said oh yeah it's in there when it's not. I don't taste it. I don't see it. I will never go to this location again.
You won’t find better people than the employees that work here! They have the nicest, most genuine people and they put a smile on my face every morning I stop for my coffee.

2 young ladies worked that morning, and my brother and I were just trying to make conversation with them. I could have had a better conversation with a donkey 🫏, which is how they acted. If you work with the public, remember we are the reason you are there. Worst experience I've ever had at a donut place. I will never go back.

They don’t toast the bagels or the bread for the avocado TOAST. I’ve given them like 6 chances and everytime I end up with untoasted bagels and BREAD. I used to love going through there but it’s gone downhill.
