I just recently heard of Fit Meal Prep and received my first 5 meals and Oh my goodness, what a wonderful treat. The food that I chose has been absolutely delicious and the best part is the menu changes every week. Everyone should try it and decide for yourself. I give it 5 stars and then some and the people who are preparing are fabulous also. I will be back that's for sure.
