Ordered a pizza and 2 subs at 7:15. I call the store at 8:26 and manager says that he is gone with 2 other orders and we should see him shortly. I receive an email at 8:33 saying that our food is out for delivery. 8:50 it finally shows and it is wrong. So disappointing!! Used to be my favorite sub place. Never ordering again!

I'm in town overnight for work , after reading through the reviews of this places there were a couple of unhappy customers , i almost decided against ordering here until i read reviews of other local pizza joints . Glad i ordered here , this pizza is loaded and tastes great 👍.

I ordered their house pizza “deluxe” pizza isn’t cooked all the way thru. Veggies are still alive! Veggies added sometime after/mid cook and won’t stay on top of pizza!

Long time customer here and this past Saturday night the pizza was delicious, honestly hasnt been this good in a long time. It had the perfect amount of cheese without having to ask for extra, and the man working was very pleasant. 10/10!

the very best pizza we have ever eaten, hands down! no joke! we just happened to be nearby one day and smelled the deliciousness wafting out of the pizza oven to the open air eight to where we were hungrily trying to decide where to eat and walked in to order our very 1st Galaxy Pizza and it was AMAZING! ABOUT to travel back up from somewhere near Norwich Ohio, about 14 miles to purchase and then devour yet another great pizza pie and also check out some wings and desert! yummyness galore going on at our favorite new pizza spot, Galaxy Pizza!!!

Pizza was real doughie and went back in and paid 1.50$ for extra cheese and there was still more pizza sauce than topping and it was only a plain cheese pizza..and honestly I don't think they even put anymore cheese on my pizza looked same as it did when I took it back in.

The older woman with glasses is the most rude person I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant/pizza/fast food place. I showed up for my take out 35 minutes after ordering (25 minutes is how long it said it would take) and she ripped my head off about how she hasn’t even started the subs and how I’m gonna have to wait 15 minutes. I told her to cancel it and I left. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and I will no longer support this business. She’s a nasty person and I will not even recommend Galaxy Pizza and Subs anymore.
I want to have on delivery very cold pizza.Not fit to eat $67 with a $10 tip.I feel like they robbed me
