Tried getting food from House of Hunan today and nobody answers the phone and the voice mailbox is not set up. Is this place even still open?? Not a very good way of doing business.

I, and my friend Beth ate at this place last week. It is perhaps the only full service restaurant that has disposable plastic silverware, and plastic dinnerware, and just bottled water. There was no air-conditioning, the dining room was muggy, finally they cracked open the windows to get some air from outside. The restaurant has figured out to operate at bare minimum cost. The only beverage served was bottled water. The food reminded me of buying ready-to-eat food trays that you microwave for 90 seconds. It would not surprise me that what they serve. The best thing about this place is, it will never fail the inspection by the health department.

Food was terrible, everything we had tasted old and the lo mein noodles had zero taste. Spent $43 for it to go in the trash. Next time I'll go with the previous reviews instead of giving it a try.

Food was so iffy I couldn’t eat it. Fried rice was nothing but steamed white rice with soy sauce sprinkled on it. Sweet and sour chicken was so tough and dry. No veggies or anything else given with it. Also ordered egg rolls. Bill came to $38. I’ll be calling for my money back. I wouldn’t give my dog this food.
