i door dashed a good amount of food tonight and the dasher called me and said they didn't have a single thing I had ordered! it was pretty much everything they had; chicken, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, pie poppers, fries, even my drink they didn't have!! do better!

Went through drive through at 2:20 PM on 1/10/2025. Drive through lady must have been having a bad day. Not nice at All. My family meal was $29.99. biscuits were hard as a rock. I tossed them. This place is really going down hill,,!!!!!!!!!

Got a family bucket and took it home and started eating ir and i released that the chicken was super slimy and i asked my husband and he told me not to eat it but it was already to late because I've been up half the night throwing up and no this isn't the first time it's happened to us but it's the first time I've gotten sick from it me and my family will not be going back

*Update* Kayla Dugan, who online claims to have worked there for the last 6 months, is now trolling me on Facebook because of this review. She claims that I am a dope head and she’s been extremely disrespectful on community pages. The staff there have no regard for customer service or care about professionalism. I have screenshots of some of her comments. Online she acts like she’s the franchise owner posting menus and ‘specials’. She also states the individual I’m speaking of in this review had pink hair and was fired. Weird she’s allowed to post that on a community page as a 6 month employee.
Went through on Sunday. The girl working the drive thru was younger blonde and she was super friendly and polite. They must have been having some issues as we waited 25 minutes and saw 2 of the 3 cars in front of us go back in to get items. When we got our food I checked the bag to find my 2pc and biscuit were missing. We motioned for the person with the green/blue hair and glasses who had made faces at us to, let them know we were missing food. They (unsure of gender) made eye contact and walked by the window several times ignoring us. The driver of the vehicle knocked and they finally came to the window after several minutes of just watching us. When we told them we were missing food they laughed and said, ‘that’s why you should have gone to taco bell!’ Then walked away. Several more minutes went by and the driver thru worker came over and she apologized for the items missing and quickly remedied the situation. I will be taking the green/blue hair persons advice and going elsewhere as long as they are still employed there!
